Great Experience
Usually I dread car shopping, Herb Chambers and Jeff Allen made the experience painless. Very impressed with the inventory and they had a vehicle that fit me needs and price range. I am really enjoying my new vehicle, especially the navigation. I feel that I got the best vehicle at the right price for me.

Matched with the Hybrid Expert
Thanks to Jackie Sebastian (Herb Chambers Hyundai Internet Manager), she matched me up with Ryan on all my questions and concerns with a new 2017 Ioniq. I'm very glad she did, as working with Ryan was just an absolute pleasure. When initial numbers weren't working out on the car I initially wanted, Ryan didn't stop trying to help. He suggested going for one that I hadn't considered. Now, I'm very picky, and usually when I make up my mind, that's it. But after a long discussion, he knew what what would for me, what was potentially wasteful, and what I was willing to compromise on. Some features that I really wanted, I didn't need. It was a case of wanting it all for the sake of wanting it all. Because of that, I ended up with a monthly payment that wouldn't work for my budget. I would've not have been able to afford it, it's that simple. After discussing an alternative that he suggested, I needed time to mull it over. I realized he was right, and came back with a new plan. Took a test drive of the car he told me about, that I initially didn't plan to look at, and ended really liking it. Ryan persisted (in a good way!), and found me just as good a quality car as I had hoped to get initially. For that I am grateful. Plus he's legitimately one of the nicest guys I've ever met. If you ever get a chance to work with Ryan, then count yourself lucky, because he's fantastic!

Great experience !
Needing a new car we checked several places, ended up deciding herb chambers hyundai was the place for us. Our salesman Ryan Maclean was awesome let us test drive cars explained everything , and made everything painless. Financing went smooth and we had the car in a couple days. love it

An excellent person, is always available for any question. My vehicle was supposed to be ready in 4 days although there was holiday, my car was ready in 2 days. I recommend her 100% is good employed.

We came back!
So excited to say we just bought out second Hyundai (used but in great condition) from this dealer and could not be happier! We are a Hyundai family now! Meagan was awesome to work with-again. We were so happy to see her because we had a good experience last time and things could not have been any better. Always pleasant, very helpful-goes out of the way for her customers and never pushy. We will definately be back.
