Excellent Service!

I went into the dealership to trade in my 2012 Elantra and not knowing what I would get for it. I had an awesome experience with Meagan Marquis who was able to relate to me and ended up putting me in a new 2017 Elantra. She listened to what I wanted and took that and ran. I have never been happier with an experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car!

Great experience

We leased a 2017 red Elantra. We had an exceptional experience with Jeff Allen. I would definately recommend going to him . Even after we bought the car he still gave us the personal attention we needed for a top notch experience!

Exceeded expectations

While doing some research and browsing local inventories, I decided to use TrueCar to get some prices. After a few emails with Natasha [the internet sales manager], I had a written offer for a great price on a new Sonata with the options and colors I wanted. I went to the dealer and was greeted by Rusty [the general manager] who introduced me to Mike. Mike is a courteous, friendly and professional salesman. He explained all the features and options on the car during the test drive. In addition, [and more importantly] he explained all the paperwork during the actual purchase transaction. The entire buying experience was easy and hassle free. I would recommend doing business at Herb Chambers in Auburn.

Love my car.

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Very easy process. Mr. Lemoine was very helpful and tooked his time to go over everything and every detail and answer all my questions.
