I recently returned to Herb Chamber Hyundai of Auburn to purchase my second vehicle. Each experience I've had has been great. Ryan MacLean and Adam Mician have been great to deal with. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great product, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service.

Awesome Customer Service
This was my first time at Herb Chambers and the experience was awesome. Ryan was great. His customer service skills are phenomenal. He delivered the car days earlier than promised and even after having a few days to think about my purchase I had no buyer's regret. I'm totally satisfied with Ryan's excellent service. Herb Chambers Hyundai Review
My initial experience with Herb Chambers Hyundai was very pleasant. We discussed what I wanted for a vehicle and what options I would like. The car was delivered clean and full of gas with all the options I requested. I was given a lesson on how to use all of the options available. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would return to have maintenance and buy another car when the time comes.

Mystery Purchases
I was worried about not getting leather seats and I was right. It was handed in to me with stained seats so there was no point in getting covers now. Also they wrote it had 6 miles on it, but it had 50 which wasn't a big deal but it made me feel like they wanted to put one over on me. I didn't receive any information on when it needed to be serviced. This is my first car and I didn't get much info. Something I didn't like is that they ran my credit and had me signing documents without going over the price of the vehicle.

excellent service on my new car
I'm super excited🙆🙆 to inform hyundai on excellent services provided to me. I did come today to purchase a car. I came with my mom to have her car serviced. As we were driving out she reminded me to speak with a representative about my trading in my car. I quickly turned the car around, walked back in the dealership. Within the least amount of time I walked out with a 2012 hyundai elantra. Thanks Garrett Hardy😆😆😆

Went out of his way!
I had a wonderful experience with Gill, he was up front about everything and went out of his way to deliver the car to me over an hour away! He even took me to the gas station after to fill my tank up before he left to go back to the dealership!

Great experience when I didn't know what I wanted.
I'm usually not the kind of person who will walk in to a store unsure of what I want, but with my car getting older and not wanting to be left without a working car, I decided to shop around. I contacted Zeke and he asked me what kinds of cars I was interested in and what time I was available to come in for an appointment. When I got to the dealership, Meagan greeted me with a smile the second that I walked in the door and we went over why I was there and what I was thinking of purchasing, what my current car was and where I was comfortable with my payments. We discussed the option of leasing and she brought around a few used cars in my price range and let me take them for a test drive. Meagan let me take a nice long test drive and even let me take the car on the highway and we talked about how I liked the car and what I was looking for and by the time we got back to the dealership, I was thinking more and more about a lease. I didn't have any option or color preference, so we just drove down the new car line and she let me pick out the cars that caught my eye. When we got back inside the dealership, she grabbed the keys to the new car and pulled it up. I was in love with it the second I pulled out of the parking lot, but we still took the same route we took with the used cars. I loved that she wasn't rushing to get back to the dealership to close the sale once she knew I liked the car. We talked about more payments and getting financing while we filled out some paperwork. The managers applied a few discounts for me to get me to the payment that I wanted to be at and gave me a very generous amount for my trade-in. Once I got in to the finance office, Jean had everything ready to go for me and we went over some options I had to protect my car and didn't push me to buy any of them and gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted. I was in an out very quickly since I had places to be, but I never felt like I was rushed, things weren't explained to me, or like I wasn't able to ask questions. I finished up and was happy with all the decisions that I had made. Meagan, Jean and the entire sales team made my experience such a positive one that I would recommend them to anyone. I couldn't be happier and can't wait to come back for my first oil change in my brand new car.
