People here were great. Didn't pressure me in any way. Tried giving best price to meet comparable quote for different car elsewhere. Decent costs for add-ons like GAP insurance, etc. Overall good experience! Will recommend to family& friends.

Good service. Spent to much time waiting for finance manager. On the plus side the sales girl was extremely cute so that made it a little easier.

I traded my Benz AMG S550 for a new loaded Genesis. By coincidence my salesman's name was Stan Otto Genesis. Stan is a true gentleman, real professional and I highly recommend him. I drove it for about 6 months thinking - well it's not handling like an S class Mercedes but I didn't expect it at half the price. I had noticed on delivery that the steering wheel was off center by a couple of degrees and mentioned it to my service adviser when I went in recently for an oil change and tire rotation ($27 with coupon!) When I picked up the car they had performed a 4 wheel alignment UNDER WARRANTY which corrected the wheel. Well - it also corrected the fidgety steering! I am amazed and delighted at the performance, handling, ride and overall quality of this vehicle. Now after 2 services at the dealership my concerns about poor service reviews have been removed as they're really working to improve their ratings!!

Meagan stayed late for us one night when we FINALLY made our final decision. We feel like family and know we can return to this dealership for future purchases.

Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn has been excellent to work with. My family and I have purchased several vehicles in the past year and have had a wonderful experience through out all purchases. I went with my mother and father when they purchased their vehicle and expressed interest in the Hyundai Elantra Sport. Jeff Allen notified my parents as soon as a few had arrived and I was able to test drive the vehicle that same day. This small gesture really portrays the friendly nature of the staff at this dealership.

On Feb. 18, 2017 - we purchased a 2017 Tucson and are very happy with it. Salesman, STAN OTOO-GENESIS treated us with kindness, courtesy and was very helpful. We had a great experience working with him and he has called a few times to check and see how things are going and if we had any problems or questions. We still have a 2006 Tucson and it has been very good to us, that is why we decided to stay with a Hyundai and another Tucson. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone and would suggest that they deal with Hyundai in Auburn and STAN OTOO-GENESIS.
