I’ve had 20 years of sales and service experience

I’ve had 20 years of sales and service experience with Hyundai/Genesis of Auburn. My Genesis GV80 recently went in for oil change and tire rotation and my service advisor Ethan did an amazing job answering my questions and keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle. At all times I was treated with respect and was recognized adequately as a luxury car owner. He upholds the Genesis luxury brand and assured and inspected the car with me to assure my satisfaction. I highly recommend Ethan and Herb Chambers Genesis of Auburn!

The service person was very nice and helpful.

The service person was very nice and helpful. He knew that I had to sit and wait for the repairs and kept me appraised of the work being done. He informed me that it was done more quickly than expected and was nice throughout .

I feel good going there and the fact that my new Santa Cruz is my third Hyundai I think it says a lot about brand and about the team working there. Service seems to have been performed adequately.

Service seems to have been performed adequately. It took an extra day, as they did not have a battery in stock. They said they performed a complementary safety inspection, but I did not receive any report showing results. The service phone line needs improvement, as it tells you it can’t be connected. But the sales line always works. Be aware that prices shown in service section of website may not match what you are quoted for a service.

The BEST Service!

The BEST Service! Knowledgeable and Professional..Will always be a customer! Had malfunction with our Kona antenna. They set up an immediate appointment. Mike in parts was the most attentive as to the needed parts. A wealth of knowledge. Spoke on several occasions to assure me things were to be handled. Bill Carr, Service Advisor was spot on with his communication by text and phone a number of times! Who does that? He did. Service completed in 1 day along with software updates. Made me feel like we were their no. 1 customer. Bought 2 vehicles there and would not go anywhere else. And finally a big shout out to GM Rusty who was very reassuring that they would get it right!
