After second try, problem solved. Hope it does not come back. I am thankful to Al J. for resolving the problem. If he was not around, I would have face difficult time taking care of the problem. He recognized that there was a problem in the past with service department and they are making changes. New service manager appears to be caring about customer.

They were very Knowledgeable and quick with getting all the paperwork done. Normally I am at the dealership about 4 hours before everything is done. In and out in hour and half. Will definitely go back.
