Just want to say working with William at Herb Chambers Hyundai if Auburn has been a joy. Since I purchased my vehicle from them many years ago It has only been serviced by them. Th experience I get starts with baking an appointment. Other than this past year where we need to schedule service well in advance to be seen (understand the circumstances though) they do have your best interest and your vehicles when servicing. They are very transparent, provides me with upcoming services that my car will need at certain mileage recommendations and cost estimates. I highly recommend William and his staff for all your automobile servicing needs

Customer Service is not a priority with them. I'm from out of state and my Hyundai was broke down and they couldn't be bothered to look at it till the end of January! Do you not understand what out of state, broken down means? You couldn't even look at it? This is the third Hyundai dealership I've dealt with in 4 months and will never go back to another one. My vehicle went to another auto shop who cares about customer service and they have my business now because they showed me they wanted my business and they're not lacking for customers. Herb Chambers stands for one thing only, money! And that's not just my opinion. I wouldn't waste the time it takes to lift my pinky to dial any Herb Chambers dealership.
