The staff were professional and friendly. Jackie tried to locate a hyundai I was looking for but none were available. It is difficult to find a specific car in the car business now. But I thank her for her efforts. Both Steve and Rusty found another car that fit my needs and budget. Steve was both knowledgeable and patient when answering any questions or concerns I had. I did not feel pressured. Also there were no bait and switch tactics. I would recommend this dealer.

Everyone at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn were extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming. Best of all, Javier drove my new vehicle on the test drive. I know it was slightly unusual but I never like driving with people I don't know and he had no problem accommodating my request. It's all about the little things but this was a big thing for me.

Paid over sticker price, takes 2 months to get an express oil change that takes over 2 hours to complete with an appointment . Any questions!

It appears somehow I blamed Marty Reardon in sales for my issue with the service department, by no means was this correct. I found Marty to be very helpful.
