Went in for milestone service.

Went in for milestone service. They checked if I really needed everything in lieu of just doing the work. They also took care of a couple recalls and got me out in less than two hours.

Poor communication.

Poor communication. I told them I was waiting when appointment was made. They had me listed as dropping off. Then it was like they were doing me a favor to get it done while I wait. I don't like the upselling. I was there for a recall and that is all I wanted done.

Took our car in on June 17th to have a serious engine

Took our car in on June 17th to have a serious engine problem diagnosed. It took a month to get that appointment. Was told I'd have to leave it for 2 days. I asked them to call me the next day, they never did. Spoke to the service manager who said I'd receive a call the following day. That call never came. I called on Friday the 24th to find they had not even looked at the car. So I told the service manager Jim I'd be in the next day to pick it up. All he said was, "I'll get your paperwork ready", never an apology or concern for the issue. When I picked up the car the cashier said I had no balance and I said, that's because they never looked at my car for 10 days to which another service manager replied, "we've had some cars for over a month". We were very disheartened by the lack of service and disregard for our safety as the issue we brought it in for is very concerning.

Today I went to fix a recall to my Kona. The service was very great and fast as always and I want to thank James for the advice he gave me and for his professionalism.
