Matt the Service Manager handled our GV80 (we love it) complementary oil change efficiently and quickly. He even let me bring in my own Mobil 1 for the change.

Matthew was really friendly, helpful and gave me the exact car repair estimate. He explained it to me really well. I was happy in his service. They performed a diagnostic which identified a few issues and then they showed me after. Matthew presented options for me. He wrote everything on paper for me to review which was very helpful.

They are scam artists. They tried to tell me my car...

They are scam artists. They tried to tell me my car needed a transmission when the problem had nothing to do with that. And when I came back to show them I had someone else fix the car and to show them what was really wrong with the car (because they were billing me for a diagnostic charge), they treated me like I was the bad guy and told me to never come back because for some reason I was at fault for their lack of skill or because I’m not going to accept getting ripped off. Avoid these clowns like the plague!!!

Great service, Mathew could have not been more accommodating. Matt is a gem and a credit to your organization. There was a slight glitch which was my fault and Matt took care of it. He is someone I enjoy working with.

Great service, Mathew could not have been more accommodating. there was a slight glitch which was my fault and Matt took care of the problem seamlessly. I truly enjoyed working with. Matt is a credit to the whole Herb Chambers orginization.

To say I am “highly dissatisfied” would be an...

To say I am “highly dissatisfied” would be an understatement. I placed a deposit on a vehicle in June and was told it would arrive in July. A few days ago I was told it arrived. I said I was going to finance through DCU and their rate was 1.5%. Then a few days later when I went to complete the sale at the dealership I was told they would only sell me the car if I used Hyundai Finance. When I refused I was told they would refund my deposit and the deal would be cancelled. Just as I about to walk away they agreed to let me use DCU. I would expect this type of behavior from a shady used car dealer not one of the largest dealerships in Massachusetts.
