Well I was not happy about decision made about a re painting proposal for a not so good manufacturing paint on my Hyundai Elantra. I was told is was a random decision to not fully pay for my painting chipping in my car and very obvious that it was a manufacturing problem. I am a single person buying my first car on my own and I take great care and pride in my car. I will not in future buy again from Hyundai. Sorry but I'm very dis satisfied with customer service.

I purchased a Genesis great car great service I have since traded for another,and sent all documents to the finance office to cancel all warranties purchased 3 months ago no responses had to call div of insurance today as obviously the finance department buried my request, I will also contact herb And notify him of this issue.msybe the finance guy doesn't want to give up his commission. Really upset customer never treated my customers this way.
