Friendly great team

Great customer service. Friendly ..willing to work with my price range.. the car was ready and clean waiting for me . Mike Walsh helped me look into all Nissan and Hyundai was a great help choosing what was right .and jeff on sales was a great help to he stuck it out with me ....thank you for the ice cream as well :)

Purchase review

Needed a new vehicle after my last one was totaled. Dealership had my Clarke car replacement ready to go as soon as my insurance check came. Very important with my work day revolving around my commute.

Repeat buyer

Our family has purchased several vehicles from Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn. Our salesperson, Marty, has always been fair and upfront with us. Even when we had a couple of issues, the management has worked hard to resolve them.

Delivery timeline not as promised

I stopped in a week ago to check out cars, at the advice of a friend who had just purchased one here a few weeks earlier. I live an hour away in CT. My sales rep was very sweet, very patient and not pushy. He made every effort to make me comfortable and allow me the latitude to ask questions and negotiate. With a second sales rep present, a deal was reached and I paid the down payment. I made it very clear that due to the constraints of my professional schedule and the distance from my home, I would be in the following Friday (today) to retrieve my car. I was assured that would be sufficient time to locate my car and have everything ready for me to take it home. I was told to call Friday morning (today) to let my sales rep know what time to expect me. On Tuesday I obtained the insurance information and forwarded it over to the sales rep via email. I didn't receive any calls all week, so I assumed everything was ready for the completion of the sale. I called this morning on my way to Massachusetts, to learn my sales rep wasn't scheduled today. After being passed to 3 other people on the phone, I was told that I could not take the car today because it could not be registered until all of the paperwork was signed. I understand the laws between states are different. I do not understand however why I was told that everything would be in order for today. While I assume not many cars are purchased from buyers out of state, I would think that at least one of the two sales reps would have known to convey that there would be a delay in registration. I signed all of the paperwork today. The finance rep was very courteous and did his best to offer his apologies for this situation. Needless to say I am frustrated and disappointed.

This is the third car we've purchased and each experience was enjoyable. Marty was well tuned to our needs and wants and handled everything in a courteous, professional manner.

ok

My wife and I Had wanted to buy a new Hyundai Witch we did. under the infuince that we wear going to get this fantastic deal . Because one day she went in for service on a alantra and someone drove into another car in the shop .We wear looking into a black santafia . We wear bogged down with the finance person with price. declined the deal. Came back a week later and bought the one I have now. With not somuch off a deal.

Overall good experience

Struggled with insurance and dealer had trouble speaking to insurance and getting the information done at a timely manner. But overall great experience and happy with purchase!

Overall it was a pleasurable experience leasing a car. There weren't any high pressure sales tactics. Ryan did an excellent job explaining our lease options, taking us for a test drive, while explaining how everything worked. He also left us a contact phone # in case we had any questions.

I have no idea what you mean by this

My answers to your questions says it all. Everything went very well. I moved very quickly making up my mind. I did not spend a lot of time in the dealership.Can't remember name of financial review person but he was excellent. He had just started working at Hyundai.
