My new Hyundai

Love my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport! Previously owned a Santa Fe 2007, that was a great vehicle too! We still have our Hyundai Genesis Coupe/white, 2010...still the best looking vehicle on the road!

Bad experience

I had a bad experience with Meagan marquis a salesperson, not my salesperson he was great. She was very rude during my last sale and during this sale my husband does not want to go back because if her and this is my 3rd vehicle purchase with them this year.

Steve Miller is the BEST!!!!!!

Steve was Fantastic! Not pushy and always honest. If you are looking for someone trustworthy I would definitely recommend Stephen Miller! My friends and family will be coming here to purchase their next vehicles from him definitely!!!!!!!

CT reg mishap

Garrett is the sweetest dealer I have ever met. He was very caring and courteous. I would be happy to work with him again in the future. Also I am unsure if my friend received her referral bonus.

Great Experience!

This was my first new car purchase! I was previously driving an older Hyundai that had been gifted to me as a newly licensed teenager. As a teacher on a budget, I came into the dealership ready to be thrifty. When explaining some of the features I was interested in, Michael showed me a different car than what I had originally picked out and it turns out, that is exactly what I wanted! Once we sat down and looked at numbers, I realized I was able to get everything I wanted and still stick within my budget. Within just a few days I was driving away in my brand new car- with a full tank of gas to boot! It was such an easy experience and I was very impressed with the attention to detail and service. I love my new car!

Smoothest car shopping experience!

My Fiance and I went to this Hyundai Dealership in Auburn, Ma a couple weeks ago. We met with Ryan MacLean, who was extremely friendly, patient and thorough. We sat down and talked about what I was looking for and he went over some information and then we went outside to check out some models. I felt like he really listened to me and found the perfect car for me. In fact, he has the same model as my car and he knew it inside and out and pretty much confirmed my decision. After the test drive I had made my final decision and Ryan made the process as smooth and quick as possible. We left and went back to pick up my car a week later and I couldn't have been more excited! Thank you to Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn and Ryan MacLean for your great customer service! I would recommend anyone to this dealer.

Fun and easy car purchase

My mother was purchasing a new car for herself for the first time in her life. Our salesman, Ryan McLean was knowledgeable and took the time understand what she needed in a car. He didn't try to oversell her anything. She was trading in a Subaru Forester, for which they gave her a good price for. This was the first time I didn't feel like I had to go ten rounds to get to an agreeable purchase price.

Great Experience

I bought a car with the amazing assistance of Ryan MacLean..he was so understanding of my wants and needs in a buying a vehicle. The type of car I wanted, color, price range...he wasn't trying to get me into any car I did not want. It was pleasant. I have shopped around for cars before and felt like other people weren't as dedicated to helping me they way he was. Truly great! I recommend going to Hyundai Herb Chambers in Auburn and asking for him so you also have a great experience just like me.
