Good customer service
Our sales representative went above and beyond to take care of us. Very personable. He took the time to allow us to make proper decisions and got right back to us with any questions we had. All employees were very clean in appearance and friendly/polite.

Sierra Denali purchase
Tricky sale given that I live in Delaware. Salesman Luiz "gigabyte" Espigar was a great help. A couple issues that are in the process of being resolved I'd say I'm satisfied with the experience. Effort and attention was there from the beginning with sales.

Great experience
Matthias, the salesperson was excellent in helping with my car choice and subsequently doing all he can to prepare the car for delivery. He was spot on with his communication throughout the car buying process. I would surely recommend him to all my friends. I would have given a 5 star if I did not have had a surprise at the high documentation fees charged.

Great Seller
Felipe Amabile was the salesperson that sold me my first car in America. I had been driving old cars for as long as I could remember because I didn't think I could get approved. Well, Felipe and Automax got it done. He was professional and left not loose ends. I will recommend him to all my friends.
