Loan problems

I purchased a corvette in Framingham. In April 2016. The car is great. Yes only one key, but before I purchased the car they said they would get another key ,and yes they did. My problem is the bad rate they got me at the bank. 4.8. I have credit score in the 800 . Now they I signed something that reads I must make four payment's before I can refiance. The general sale Manger said I could refinance anytime no penalty. But they never gave me a copy of the paper work. I called and emailed 4 to 5 people there no one gets back to me. One guy did ,but said the sales rep is on vacation. Would like a copy of it.I can refiance at 2_. I feel like they are not helping me . Watch out on paper work.

Jillian thanks for all the help you rock

Bought two cars here myself and my father in law, wide selection, great prices, myself and my father-in-law are very happy with this dealer and Jillian The sales person that helped us was great very knowledgeable and did everything to help us do the deal smoothly very professional all in all five stars all the way, I would buy a car there again without a problem hopefully Jillian will help me out again.

Not Professional

I believe they have good intentions but........ My son purchased a Lexus Hybrid recently. The car seemed reasonably priced and we decided to make the purchase. Dealing with the sales person initially was fine but we experienced some things that in my opinion are not representative of a quality dealership. First, do your homework on the fees and get the final quote of all charges on a worksheet, before you decide to make the purchase. The sales person was not up-front about an extra $600+ in fees. I found the fees to be a little excessive. Second, the car came with only one key. Well in my opinion, if you are selling a luxury car and you are a reputable dealer, get another key. Don't sell a luxury car with one key. They fought me on this and I think their true colors got exposed. The one key also was registering as having a low battery. Come on man, change the battery in the one key you are providing. Third, the 2014 Lexus didn't come with a manual in the glove box. Again, not a huge issue but something that a quality dealership would not due. My last beef was the lack of communication from the sales representative. After several days going by after the purchase and assuming they are registering the car, I call and find out they haven't received the insurance binder (required to register the car). No call from them and my insurance company indicated two days prior they spoke with them and faxed the binder over. We thought they were all set and had everything. The business manager indicated he called my son, no call on his phone (why lie about placing a call to a cell phone). Needless to say it took over a week to register the car. Post purchase, I wanted the list of items replaced on the car during the final mechanic inspection and review. I asked for it during the purchase and again when we picked up the car. The Sales guy said he would get it to me. Still hounding the sales guy, no response from him. In summary, they may have good cars, remains to be seen, but just remember they are a used car dealership and they act like it. Your experience will not be as good as a good quality dealership, trust me.

Fabiana Massote was Great

Was my first time to buy a car here in United States, I'm from Brazil and this girls show how I can trust in this dealer! Automax Marlborough is the better place to buy a car and Fabiana is definitely the best Sales Woman

2012 camaro

The young lady I dealt with went by the name of Sabrina and was definitely an amazing person to work with. Knew what she was doing and was very professional but at the same was very laid back and talked to you on a personal level. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car

Great customer service

Luiz Espigar a.k.a "gigabyte" was excellent. Great personality, answered all of my questions and was reassuring about how my Jeep would meet my expectations upon delivery. I just picked it up today and it came out better than expected. They even found an unexpected issue and made sure it was fixed properly. Thank you Luiz and Automax. I highly recommend.
