Would NOT Recommend!!!!

I purchased a vehicle I saw on this site from this dealer. The check engine light was on during my test drive and was told it would be taken care of. The financing process was clunky and seemed mismanaged. When I finally drove off the lot, the check engine light came on within 24 hours. Not to mention the car didn't even included car mats. When I asked the salesman where they were, he told me there were none and to just go buy them at AutoZone. My own mechanic told me they just cleared the codes for the "check engine" and did not fix the problem and I did not have an inspection sticker, which they should have put on before they let me leave the lot, not to mention I was out of windshield wiper fluid the 1st time I tried it. It was obvious that the "Full Inspection" the salesman told me that was going to be done by their "qualified and experienced mechanics" was not done. Had to take the car back and they had it for a week before I got it back. I drove to Florida 2 days later, and when I arrived, and tried the A/C... it didn't work. Enough said... Would NOT recommend this dealer to even my enemy never mind a friend!!!!

Fantastic experience

From Paul D to Mike O and financing with Mike R, my experience at Automax was excellent. I was truely satisfied with my entire purchase. Painless, start to finish. I would recommend Automax as a final destination in your automobile purchase. Price and service were excellent.

Supreme Customer Services

The experience trading in my used Audi for a newer Audi was exceptional working with Paul DiCarlo and Bill Jesse. Excellent customer service and I am extremely pleased with the 2012 Audi. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend their dealership to all of my friends.

Excellent buying experience

I bought a Nissan Altima from Nick who was a great help during the purchase. He showed me the car I wanted and made it real easy for me not to say no. I would recommend Nick and AutoMax for their next used car purchase.

con artists

Called dealer at 5:07pm and confirm vehicle is still available, arrived at show room at 6:10pm these con artists said sorry car was sold. Please share this with others.

Horrible Customer Service!!

Their sales representatives are not trained at all. The kid taking care of me barely even made small talk and was on his phone most of the time. Manager couldn't answer questions in relation to the car. I wasn't happy by the fact that I had made an appointment to see the car a day before and when I got there, the sales rep. had no idea where the car was at first then after waiting for a good 15-20 minutes they find out the car was sent to another dealer to get 3 "small dents" fixed. Not only it was such a waist of time, they didn't even try to perhaps show me another cars or nothing. I was very disappointed..... but I guess everything happens for a reason!

Automax called me next day and back out of our deal???

I spent 4 hours at this dealership, my sales associate, although very friendly, was working with 2 other customers at the same time. We finally settled on deal after going back and forth over price. I had to come in the next day with my title. I received a call the next day from my sales associate telling me that the owner had second thoughts and is backing out of the deal. I have purchased many cars in the past from many different dealerships, this has been the worst experience I've ever had, I would stay far away from them.

Paul DiCarlo is the best!

Normally I hate shopping for cars--so stressful! But from start to finish, Paul DiCarlo made the experience positive and even pleasurable. His expertise put me at my ease right away. He even got me a fabulous deal for my car insurance at Automax's in-house agency, ABIA. I would recommend seeing Paul to any of my friends or family members. Thanks a lot!
