Thanks to Sal
Thanks to Sal for helping me get my new Accord today! He was also really good with my 2 kids who were there the entire time, watching cartoons on the couches and munching on goldfish from the vending machine!

Michael Garafalo
My experience buying a car from Automax in Framingham was very pleasant. They had a car that I was looking for and apart from that I had to wait a couple of weeks for the title the entire process was smooth and efficient. I appreciate excellent customer service and communications skills of Michael Garafalo (sales person) and high professionalism of Dan Johnson (financial manager).

Thanks Robbie and Kevin!
Everything went great here when I bought my Camaro last month. Just finished with the registration inspection sticker thing (through the service department, free!) and I think I've visited every part of the dealership from the bathroom out. No complains. I'll be back again with my parents for their next car next month!

Framingham Auto Max A++
If I really nitpick I can say I was pretty unhappy about the family of 3 children watching sponge bob and scurrying around like a family of red squirrels in a nut pile but other than that, everything went swimmingly. Dan (the finance manager) jumped through some hoops for me and came up with a rate far lower than the slowly raising market can demand. Robbie whipped around the place like a whirling dervish, jumping the service department into action to fix some last minute agreed upon cosmetic things, and all around things went really smooth. Thanks to you all. We will be back again.

price, serice center, location, all awesome
Got my 1 series BMW here this spring. Needed the convertible to truly enjoy the summer. My salesperson was great, very helpful and knoegable. I'm loving the free service for a year and Lou has been there on the phone every time I've called for anything. All around a really enjoyable situation, and the location is easy to get to so I don't even hate having to get my car service!

Horrible Salesman
I purchased a car within the past year from AutoMax, the sales process was of course fast and was almost rushed to get me to sign. After talking down the price and interest rate I purchased the car. Sal the sales guy was nice and helpful, however after the purchase was made and when I needed things fixed that sal promised they would do for free and had questions about oil changes he would never return my calls or emails. Finally after coming in to get something fixed I was hustled saying they wouldn't fix it. I had to show proof of emails explaining how they were to fix these problems for free. Things finally got fixed however I did see Sal a few times while waiting for my car and he never even acknowledged me... He must be on to his next greasy sale. The service department was very nice however.

horrible dealer/owner
These ppl do not care about anything. they have ruin a perfectly good street/neighborhood. Cars are parked everywhere and the employees are downright NASTY. Someone dear to me purchased a vehicle there and its nothing but junk. Too many repairs in a short period of time and they won't take responsibility,

I dont usually do this but I thought everyone that even...
I dont usually do this but I thought everyone that even thinks about going to this dealership should rethink that decision. This is BY FAR the WORST all around dealership I have EVER been to. To begin, I went here looking at a certain car I found online and upon bringing it to me to test drive 3 out of 4 of the rims were destroyed and the rugs were black (supposed to be beige). I mentioned the rims and was told they usually dont fix that because its "used." Next, we discussed my trade and he gave me a BEYOND low ball offer and when I opened the discuss for negotiation he then asked me what I owe on my car. That is irrelevent as I put down a significant down payment. After a long conversation he agreed to give me $18,000 on my trade but we could not meet halfway on the price of the car under interest. About a month later I saw they dropped the price of the car by $1,000 so I thought it was worth a phone call and was reassured by the salesman (JD) that I would be buying a car that day. I drove 45 minutes to Framingham to retest drive the car (which was now missing a side view mirrow) and was sat down and told they were now only going to offer me $16,500 for my car, $17,000 at most. I immediately mentioned we had a deal on the value of my trade and the two men (inlcuding JD) said they dont recall agreeing to this figure. I then stated because they had not sold the car yet (had been sitting on the lot since February, 4 months) they reduced the price by $1,000 and they are trying to recoupe that loss by lowering the value of my trade by $1,000 ($18,000 to $17,000). The manager (never got his name, chubbier guy with a tan) merely shrugged his sholders. The truth of the matter was I was willing to go down to $17,500 on the trade (due to the month that lapsed from my initial visit) but when the manager went back on his word it rubbed me the wrong way. I understand the car buying process is not an enticing experience by any means but these men went back on their word and everyone knows that is just bad business. If they were dishonest and manipulative about the value of my trade, what else would they lie about in regard to the vehicle. I would not reccomend anyone to every pay these con artists a visit, they are rude, phony and though their cars are (at times) priced decently they are not in good condition (i.e. destroyed rims, stained carpets and missing side view mirror). Everyone elses comments on this dealship are nothing but the TRUTH, they deserve a 0 and I would be happy to give them this rating if I could.
