I would like to thank Mr. Jessie, Mr. Shaw, Mr. Rowe,...

I would like to thank Mr. Jessie, Mr. Shaw, Mr. Rowe, and Mr. McDonald for helping me get my HHR, working relentlessly to get me into the right car. Here is where that saying "What goes around comes around," while buying this car, There were two women who told me that the car will not last, I am making a mistake, on and on and on. I did not listen, and have been delighted ever since. The only thing my HHR needed was a battery and has been running dependably ever since, jus the other day I drove to New York and back. The same two women's car has been giving them more problems than my wonderful HHR. They call to ask me for help and in my mind I am smiling. These men were restrained and acted professionally, much better than I would have. So I could say much more, but it would be too long. Go ahead and get that car at a great price and see what I have been talking about.

This dealership is so unorganized and they do not keep...

This dealership is so unorganized and they do not keep you posted when your car is in there for work they had my car for about three weeks they called me once in the beginning. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Even after having my car for three weeks still having issues.

A Happy Customer

I purchased an Acura TSX here recently and since I'm seeing people complaining about the place I thought I'd share my experience. I feel bad for the salespeople here, overhearing some of the other customers in the showroom. It seems people just want to complain and "modify truths" and then expect it to wash. One person was there saying "I have a 700 credit score and I can give you $5000 down!" 30 minutes later I overheard him saying, "what? naw, I dunno how my credit score came up as 400 with a repossession last week!! But don't worry, I can give you $400 down!" and then getting utterly irate after absorbing 2 hours of the sales guy's time only to leave with nothing. It seems like a lot of these complaining reviews are just people upset because they couldn't take the dealership to the cleaners. Personally I found the entire transaction to be entirely on par with every other car transaction I've ever had. It wasn't AMAZING! and it wasn't HORRIBLE! you pick your car, you fill out your credit app, you evaluate your trade, you sign some paperwork and you go home with your new car. The Massachusetts laws are so strict you can't even really get ripped off anymore unless you've just done no homework at all, and internet research makes sure you have a good price before you ever leave the house, so it's not like 1980 where you have to haggle and negotiate for 6 days to get the best possible price. Find the car you want, find the top prices, check your carfaxes, go to those dealerships, whittle it down to one car, and buy it. done. Automax has great inventory, which is the one big advantage they have over everyone else in the Framingham area.

don't trust them

bought a 2006 acura TL half of the car was involve in an accident brought to the dealer for some warranty service and person a the dealer show me all this pictures of my door been hold by screw and paste (bondo) automax never care will never go back make sure you check the car up and down and under

I purchased a BMW 328 here recently and I promised Sal I'd come on line and sing his praises! He went out of his way to make this as comfortable as possible for me and I really truly appreciate all the hard work he put in to making this all come together as I wasn't really the easiest of customers to deal with! Thanks to Kevin also (he's the manager) in appraising and working with me to get a reasonable price on my trade in.

I am originally from MA and moved to CA. I went to MA to visit relatives this summer. I desperately needed a new car and they raved about Auto Max. I wasn't planning on buying a car and was just looking. The salesman was so easy to talk to. All my question were answered by him and by the Manager. I ended up purchasing a car and driving home tp Los Angeles. I was very pleased with the service knowledge and the great price I paid. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a car

horrible car, horrible service,

We will still trying to deal with this dealer. They try to give you a low price to trick you to think that you bought a great deal. We went in and fell for it. Don't trust the car fax website that they show you. On that website, previous owner cash payment on fixing the car will not show up there. The financing guy Bill even threat us if we forfeit the deal. He won't return any of the down payment nor the trade-in car. We were too late to forfeit. We regret so badly to do business with Auto Max. What happen is the 2011 Q5 that they sold us was never in any shape to drive on the road. It went into a flat tire without giving any warning signal. We were on our way to AutoMax. If we didnt find out from the a passby walker on the street, we wouldn't realize the problem and went on the high way. The flat tire is due to a slow leak. Automax never check it. Automax had changed an instrutment without telling us. Even right now, it is in the full inspection of Audi Dealer. Automax was not gonna pay for fixing it at all. That was what we were told. Please reconsider if you try to buy from Automax preowned car. They never fix it completely before they sell it to you. And try to trick us to pay for extend warrantty which the financing guy Bill never mention it. I will try to file a complaint toward somewhere no matter what. This business is horrible. If I can give it a zero star, I would.

A happy family

We purchased a Volvo XC60 here recently. We'd done a lot of research and compared vehicles across the new england area and even into NJ and NY. The prices at Automax were among the best we found and they had 3 in stock so we went in to check them out (and the dealership is literally down the road and around the corner from our home in Sudbury). They had the color combination we wanted most, and Issac was helpful in putting together a deal we were very pleased with. We'll likely consider looking here first in the future as at the end of the day their prices and vast stock are hard to compete with.

Sun Fun in my Miata!

I was nervous about a one price store until I realized the price here was on par or lower than all the others. Apparently it's normal to move the prices up so that then you can try and bicker to get the price down but you never know if you got the price down enough or if you're getting ripped off. With the price as low as the lowest one on the entire site and the color was the one I wanted I felt really safe knowing I wasn't being taken through the ringer on the whole thing and all the normal enxiety I've felt in the past when buying a car was gone! I'm really pleased and I feel like I learned a lot about the car buying process so that even though I look back at other cars I've bought and cringe at how bad I may have been robbed, I know I wasn't this time and I won't be in the future. That's a really good feeling. Thanks for the education John! (my salesperson)
