Carfax for EVERY car!!

I loved working with Automax. Their inventory is huge but I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted. I couldn't decide between a few cars because mileage/quality were practically the same. My sales rep John was able to give me and explain the carfax on ALL four of the cars I was looking at and that became the deciding factor. the entire process was extremely transparent

Honda Pilot

Luiz Espigar was very professional and attentive to my needs and helpful. Took the time to explain the car buying process. Overall im very happy with his help and i recommend him to friends and family.

Good Experience

Had a very pleasant experience at this dealer. The process was very smooth. I was able to have the car pulled up for me and on a test drive within 15 minutes of arriving. John was my sales rep and he did a fantastic job of answering my questions and explaining the process. Financing was just as easy. Would recommend

Disreputable!!

My son was all set to buy a car and they committed to an agreed upon sales price and a monthly payment and length of the loan but when we went to pick up the car they changed the length of the loan by 14 months! Suffice it to say we walked out and have told all our friends and others to avoid this disreputable dealer. Wasted our time, lied to us and didn’t seem to care in the least that they did it. STAY AWAY!!

Although I do not know the details of your experience with the sales staff, it is unacceptable that you were mislead and that the details of the transaction were changed after the fact. Great Staff

I called into Automax when I saw a camry they had on their website for the cheapest price I had seen in the area. I spoke to Nicole who was able to give me some information and help me set up an appointment, she was friendly and professional. I got there and worked with Luiz Espigar in the sales department and it was a great experience, very informative and helpful. I ended up writing him a check and picking up the car a few days later when it was done in service. Overall a very positive experience.

Not impressed

I went yesterday.... Not impressed with this dealership. Music was extremely loud.... Staff was very casual. One sales person dropped the F bomb a number of times while I was there. I was offered $6500 for my trade..... That's a complete joke and I'm guessing they saw a female who they most likely thought new nothing about cars. The sales person Luiz was very aggressive.... I almost felt uncomfortable. I went to a different dealership today and was offered $9500..... This was offered with out me telling them what I was offered yesterday. Will not return to this dealership.

Rude and disrespectful

Called ahead and scheduled an test drive, I am 20 years old and am young but I am educated and have a good job, this dealership is absolutely unprofessional and rude and disrespectful, I was looking at a 2015 WRX which is performance subaru, and for some reason me being 20 years old resulted in me not qualifying to even test drive. I did the pre approval online, spoke with the internet manager, and scheduled the test drive and she said it was being reserved and verified I was going to get a test drive. The car was exactly what I was looking for and for the price range I was in, unfortunately this garbage of an unprofessional establishment decided I was unqualified and lost a sale. His exact words were "it's business, tough luck kid" and said the car sold 5 minutes previous to my arrival which is not only disappointing but unprofessional to the max. I attempted to speak to a sales manager to file a complaint and was sent to 4 different voice mails and after I was declined a test drive, I went in the parking lot and spoke with the receptionist and she said the car was available. Extremely unprofessional and rude and downright disrespectful. Stay away from this stealership and go elsewhere. Clearly this place shouldn't be in business much less even sell cars. Buyers beware, if you are trying to get a vehicle go elsewhere. I now have a mark on my credit due to having the pre approval process online. I am going to be taking this as high as possible until I receive some form of apology which is pathetic for a "professional" establishment.

Know what they're doing

I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. I luckily was able to work with a salesman that knew what he was doing. Mike was attentive throughout the entire process and helped me get the best deal. I payed with cash and picked my car up the next day.

Second Successful Purchase in 8 Years! Thanks Mike

Mike Hanley helped us through the process of our second car purchase and we couldn?t be happier. Coincidentally this dealership sold me my first luxury car, in 2010 and 100,000 miles later we were due for an upgrade. Mike was very knowledgeable, let us test drive 3 different models on Tuesday, and was able to meet with us on a busy Saturday morning to finalize the deal after we were finished shopping around. The buying process is very straight forward, we had done our research of the local market and knew they had the best model at the lowest prices. Hopefully our new Audi will last another 8 Years, and we?ll be back! Highly recommended dealer and salesman, ask for Mike!

Fast and easy

Working with Automax was quick and painless. I went in to look at their Mercedes C300s for my mother. I worked with Mike Hanley who was super helpful and informative. Gian in finance was honest and explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand. Can't thank Automax enough for making this process easy for me
