Happy customer!

I enjoyed my car buying experience with Automax. The dealership was very busy when I went into purchase my car but I was helped almost immediately. I worked with John and he was able to help with all of my questions. The finance manager I worked with was very professional and friendly. Picked up my car 2 days later with no issues, thanks Automax!

Good prompt service

Had routine maintenance service done right on time as promised with no issues. Friendly staff and good waiting area. Will return again for service for my car.

So-so : check vehicle over fully and take your tim

Was excited to buy a Camry again. I bought from them a year ago. A few issues from the start: #1 no one knew where the car was once in Fitchburg maybe Framingham #2 was they didn?t tell me about the accidents until numbers were on the table. I dealt with it as I?d hope they would ensure good quality. So I asked that the breaks/rotors be ensured to be checked and a full tank. Even signed for this. When received and drove off it was on empty. I told my sales person after she apologized and said she?d fill it up when I?m back in the area (45min drive away for me-no thanks as it would cost me that much in gas). I?ve put 7k miles on the car and have found more issues than I?d like. Touch up paint job all over (can see the runs), definitely something wrong with drivers door, never buy in winter as it?s impossible to fully check out car. I know why my sales person avoided the highway as the car shakes, I?ve needed to replace front breaks/rotors, and nearly died on the dry rotted mismatches tires (look ok at dealership but good lord hit the road and I knew I was screwed). I?ve found plastic underlining attached by silicon, missing/broken tabs to keep panels/wheel well plastic in place. My list could go on and on, I fell so fooled as a typical informed buyer. As I drive high miles for work my business will not return to Automax again EVER. This car sits as an ordiament in my driveway to remind me everyday. I continue to drive my old beater at least I feel safe in that.

Plain Rudeness

I bought a car at this place and 2 days after, the day I was suppossed to pick up my car, I get a text reading “we have everything ready for you” so I headed to their store. After waiting for more than 2 hours for the car to be ready ( no clue why) I left without the final inspection offered performed. During the 2 plus hours I was there, I experienced nothing but rudeness from all employees, including the salesperson who had sold me the car, who “invited” me to sit in a different area as he apparently doesnt like waiting customers in front of his desk. The sales manager, who of course at this point I had asked to speak with, lacks of any training on Customer service as he just falls in the same rudeness the rest of the employees do and has no accountability. Basically, worse experience ever Ive had in a dealership; wouldnt return or give them my business again, buyer aware!

Pleasant experience

I had a wonderful experience with Matt, one of the sales associates. He is professional, helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. He truly cares that his customers have the car that they need and want and will do everything it takes to make the customer happy with their choice. If you are looking for an Car, go to see Matt. He is the BEST!!

Excellent first-time buyer experience!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the sales people at AutoMax Framingham made it a breeze! They were at the top of my list when my sister-in-law told me how great her experience was buying her Honda, and my salesperson Natalia was extremely helpful every step of the way. I’d definitely reccomend this dealership to anyone looking for a good, hassle-free used car.

I was amazed by the presentation of the store. It wasn?t long until a very nice sales person came to greet us. Fabiana Massote made sure we were completely satisfied before and after the deal was done.
