I knew what I wanted before I walked into the dealership and I left with exactly what I wanted at the price I expected. Jensen De Lo Santos was a terrific person to work with. He listened well, gave me his complete attention, and returned calls and texts quickly. He even helped me get service on my old car. The service department went way beyond my expectations detailing my old car. Vinnie in the finance department was great to work with, too. He worked hard to get me the tires I wanted at a fair price, and explained all the terms of the contract clearly. Even though the dealership was very busy I thought the team worked hard to make a deal and get the car ready quickly.Everyone was polite and open to questions.

I walked in knowing what i was looking for. The sales staff was very helpful and responsive. They had me behind the wheel test driving the car i was interestedin within minutes. Matt made the whole process of buying the car quick and painless, not at all what i was expecting. I did end up buying the car. The paperwork took less than 20 minutes and from walking in the door to owning a sweet camaro was under an hour. Was able to pick up my registered car early the next day. I walked into AutoMax Framingham after finding out my old vehicle had bit the dust. I was not looking forward to this because I?m not a fan of car dealerships and overbearing car salesmen. I was instantly greeted by John and he quickly went to work trying to figure out how to make the car buying process work in my favor. John made the process simple beyond belief and had taken me from greeting to test drive to payment within an hour. I would highly recommend John and AutoMax Framingham to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle.

Chris Trombley of Automax in Marlboro, Mass. was efficient and knowledgeable in handling my purchase of a Dodge minivan. Chris was direct and honest with all of the questions I had for him, and quite efficient in expediting all phases of the car purchasing. I would use him again to buy a car. Overall the Automax in Marlboro and Framingham (where I had to go to get the inspection) were quite professional. The only "gotcha" was a $599 document processing fee, 2x as high as it should be in my opinion. However this is something out of Chris's control, and I was OK paying for it since the car price was so low.

I found a car I liked at Automax Attleboro and called and bought my car that day and picked it up a couple days later. Alberto(sales) and Steph (finance) were wonderful throughout the whole process and made sure I walked out happy and with a new car!
