Trying to buy a Mercedes suv
Saw a Mercedes SUV online and called the dealership. the secretary seemed friendly enough and told me the truck was still available and ready for me to come down and look at. Halfway through my 40 minute drive to the dealership I got a call from a Salesman named Jensen the salesman tells me the truck is in service on a lift and cannot be driven. Since I'm already halfway there I decided to go in and take a look. he also let me know upon arriving to the dealership after looking at the truck, that he had a customer on the truck that he was trying to get approved. as if that's not bad enough he tells me he would call me back the next morning to let me know if the truck sold or not. I figured that's the least he could do after me driving 40 minutes and not even getting to drive the truck let alone it being held for another customer here it is 4 or 5 days later I called Jensen two or three times no reply nothing ..customer service sucks. Jensen, thanks for wasting my time.

The best car buying experience
I recently brought a Beautiful Mercedes cla from Auto max Preowned route 9 Framingham..and they are amazing ! Matt was my salesperson he was very patient and helping ...It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Matt. He is very easy to converse with and they always have some sharp looking cars

Worst service ever!!
Many promises to update me on the progress on the registration of my car with no calls from the dealer back to me over a two week period. I paid for the car in full and from that point onwards it would appear that the dealer lost all interest in getting the car to me.
