Kelly Jeep Chrysler

I just bought my first car, a Jeep Wrangler, from Kelly Jeep Chrysler. As a first-time buyer, it can be easy to get overwhelmed with all that is entailed with purchasing a new vehicle, from all wheel drive to sound systems. Right from the get-go we were greeted by Yamen Dallaji, who was very professional and friendly. Yamen thoroughly explained all of my options and made sure I was comfortable and aware of everything the vehicle had to offer. Being a newbie to manual transmissions, he even gave me a lesson in the parking lot across the street! We also met with Tom MacDonald when finalizng the deal. He was great and very patient even with a misunderstanding on our end. We were impressed with the way it was handled. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience and of course my new Wrangler. I definitely will refer family and friends!

I recently leased a Jeep from Kelly Jeep. After visiting several dealerships in the greater Boston area, it became immediately obvious this was my best option. Steve Sullivan was my sales rep and was very helpful. I had a trade-in and most dealerships I spoke with involved an endless back and forth of negotiation, ultimately resulting in an offer that wasn't as strong as Kelly Jeep. Steve got right to the point and the dealership gave me a fair price on the trade and the new lease. I couldn't have been happier or more appreciative. Buying/leasing a car is not always a quick or enjoyable process, and its seems this dealership understands that. I would certainly recommend Steve and this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Kelly Jeep Chrysler. Alex Zamakis was so helpful and low pressure as my salesperson. I had done a fair amount of research before.purchasing my vehicle and was confident in being able to negotiate a fair deal. Alex knew my financial situation and really worked with me to get to my goal price without pressuring me to buy something I didn't want. I truly was torn between the vehicle I purchased and another of a different make and model all together. For once, I didn't feel like someone was trying to pull a fast one on me in purchasing a car. The sales manager, when dealing with him one on one, wasn't quite as friendly but did his job to adequate standards. I would certainly recommend this dealership in the future and Alex specifically.

Purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee new from Kelly Jeep. Had great experiences with the purchase and servicing so naturally I came back to trade in the 2011 and purchase a new 2015. Again, the purchasing was great and the trade in was fair value. Most impressive was the salesman Yamem Dallaji. He did an excellent job in explaining the purchasing, warranty and financial details. He was extremely thorough in explaining the operation of the vehicle. Having the 2011 I was familiar with most of the operation but he re-educated me with all - even set up the voice activated phone. I am extremely pleased with Kelly Jeep and Yamen.

Kelly Jeep was my 5th and final stop during a very long hunt for a used car. After dealing with the typical used car salesmen for an entire day, I was very happy to meet Matt Chigas. While other salesmen had me running around their lots in the freezing rain, Matt and I looked over the cars on the computer over a cup of coffee before going back out into the storm (huge plus). And due to Kelly Jeep's excellent website, I already had a good idea of what cars they had that interested me. We looked at two Liberties, test drove one and that was it. The price was right, the negotiation was easy and they made the paperwork a breeze. I would happily go back.

My name is Peter and this is my 4th car that I've leased at was by far the best experience I ever had with any dealership. My salesman Alex Zamakis was very helpful with getting me the best deal and making my purchase as easy as possible. I don't see myself getting away from Jeep or doing any business with any other Jeep dealership other then Kelly Jeep. I will recommend them to all family and friends.

I visited another Jeep dealer the prior weekend and they dropped the price $300 completely unacceptable. I was referred by a dear friend And made an appointment to meet Saturday. Yamen was waiting for me and we went out for a test drive, he told me the nuances of driving a jeep and made it an enjoyable experience. The negotiations went well I believe I paid on the lower end for what the car is worth (that's what I tell myself) but the price dropped each time he went into the back room to "speak to the manager". I purchased a Black 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, it's beautiful. I found some issues with the car before I picked it up and they we're very eager to fix the problems and give me a loaner car until the problems were taken care of. Very pleased with the service and the whole experience.

We were greeted in the lot almost as soon as we got out of our car. Another dealership did not bother to come out after 30 minutes of roaming their lot, so we left. Yamen went out of his way to call other dealerships with me to verify tha Kelly's price was the best.

I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Scott Lassitur. I have done business with Scott in the past and would recommend him to anyone in the market for a Jeep. He is personable and easy to work with. He also doesn't pressure you like most car salesmen.
