Janet Gadsby was extremely helpful during my entire experience trading in and buying a new suv. Janet welcomed me a the door when I arrived at the dealership on Sunday and was very knowledgeable about the type of jeep suv i was interested in. I knew right from the start that she was passionate about her position and was the right sales consultant for me. I ended up trading in my 2014 grand Cherokee and purchasing a 2018 overland high altitude all made possible by Janet's commitment to insure I was completely satisfied with the entire process.

Very quick and efficient dealership that cares about the customers, I have has all sorts of work done there, and never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, there ease of appts was awesome, and everyone on the phone was very pleasant and wanted to help me from parts, service even the receptionist, when it comes to pricing all I can say is you get what you pay for here, top of the line technicians that specialize in Chrysler Jeep dodge. Some of them have been there over 20yrs and really know what there talking about, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I took my car in didn’t want to accelerate they call me eight hours later they said oh coil number two and spark plugs are worn out got I said go ahead and change it they charge me $517 for six spark plugs and one coil turns out the labor was $370 I hate people like this will never recommend you to nobody you were the worst dealership ever I had a mysterious before that OK I have an Audi know that OK to give them three stars out of five You Kelly jeep Lynnfield I give you zero stars are a five

I have worked with Kelly Jeep in the past with my last lease and Chris made it very easy to get into my new car. He worked with my budget and did a quick turnaround to get a new lease wrapped up in a matter of a few hours. Chris also was very accessible prior to my visit on setting up a time to meet at the dealership.

We went looking for a new mini-van and had an amazing experience with our salesperson Elizabeth Lam! She was helpful, friendly, followed-up (but not too often), and explained everything that was needed. She took us on multiple test drives and was never pushy throughout the process. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Kelly Jeep Chrysler and at this point having experienced other dealerships we will likely never go elsewhere! The service staff is also super helpful and friendly. Their courtesy vehicle dropped me off at work 25 miles away when my car was in the shop. They went the extra mile, literally!

Even though there was a mix up with my appointment, Artis got me checked in and taken care of very quickly. He was very polite and professional. If everyone at this dealership is like Artis, you definitely have a winning team. I will definitely be there the end of the year if I decide to lease the 300. Thank you
