Lizzy was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. She was not only so sweet, but went above and beyond to help get me my new Jeep. Everything was so smooth and easy I actually forgot I was buying a car, which says a lot! All around, best car buying experience I think I have ever had.I'll see her again for sure!!!

Lizzy made my experience very fast and smooth! She definitely tends to your needs and makes every possible effort to ensure everything is perfect even after bringing your vehicle home! For myself getting into a new vehicle after the same car for 13 years it was a scary thought but with the help of Lizzy that scary though turned into a incredible experience.

If I could give a zero I would. The sales rep and finance department signed a binding contract with me telling me that I purchased a Jeep Cherokee trailhawk elite. I come in the following day to drop off the certified check and now they tell me they registered the wrong vehicle in my name and that I owe them an additional $5,000 if I want the trailhawk. I told them I want a full refund. I’m still at the dealership writing this review - I’ve been here for 2 hours so far. Why should I pay for their mistake? Totally disappointed and NEVER coming to this dealership ever again.

Chris is a friendly and professional salesman with an impressive amount of subject matter expertise surrounding all of the different types of vehicles he works with. As opposed to the stereotypical "sales pressure" some dealerships and sales people use, Chris manages the sales part of the position with professionalism, honesty and approachability, allowing his helpful questions of what you're looking for coupled with his knowledge of the job to help guide your decision. I would highly recommend Kelly to friends and family based on my very positive experience with Chris.
