Nick Amoroso was very patient and was able to answer every one if our questions. He spent time showing us all the advantages of a Pacifica. After a test drive we were sure this was the car for us. This was my 5th ( ?) Jeep from Kelly Jeep so I guess I am a loyal customer. Have had great service from the beginning, from car sales to service. This is my 3rd Grand Cherokee. Transaction was quick and painless. Larry B. sold me my last one, and did the paperwork on this one. Any service we have done was professional, with a courtesy car. I will be back !

I had come in for an oil change. I also had had the team check the computer for my check engine light. It was a catalyst converter. I was out of warranty. Bill the service manager covered the service and only had to pay a deductible. Once started working on my car my my thermostat was broken too and covered that for me too. Whenever I have a problem they are always there and honest. I will always go there I trust them.

I came in early, was greeted by Artis my service rep. He told me how long the service would take, and got me in and out. Ahead of schedule!!

In a climate of "no haggle" dealerships, I had a refreshing experience with Pablo Carvajal and Kelly Jeep in purchasing a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I didn't go in expecting to get a significantly lower price on an already well priced vehicle, but I was hoping to do a little better on the advertised price. The car I came in to see had a few exterior imperfections and was missing only one feature that I really wanted.... the tow package. Pablo was patient with me as I clearly knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. With a little back and forth, nothing off putting, Pablo was able to get me the car for a little bit lower than the price advertised, install a tow package, and have the few exterior blemishes taken care of as well. I think I got a fair price on the car, and I I had a good experience. I would recommend Kelly Jeep and Pablo Carvajal in particular if you are looking for a new vehicle.

From the front desk staff, Andrew the manager, and the best sales associate Pablo, everyone was pleasant and great to work with in buying a vehicle. I felt that Pablo was always honest, upfront, and made purchasing a vehicle a stress free process. I cannot thank him enough for all his help. I would highly recommend Kelly Jeep to anyone I know!
