Recall and oil change service
Very easy to make appointment for recall and service. Prompt and courtesy service to get started Good explanation of what needed to be done! Waited for Vehicle, Service Mgr. Updated me of other Possible services my vehicle may need based on mileage etc. Once finished explained what was Done and what I was responsible for that was not part of Recall or warranty. Very pleased overall..

Recall and check belts
They were punctual for a three o'clock appointment. The time estimated was very close to the finished time. Bruce explained a part was needed to fix the belt needed to be ordered and we set up a future date.

Fast service...very friendly
Visited for an oil change recently. There were a few vehicles ahead of me and I still only had to wait about 25 minutes. All of the employees I dealt with were very friendly.

Outstanding service
He is great to work with. He also goes the extra mile. Due to a snow storm we couldn't pick up our car, and Yamen agreed to meet us on his off day so we can get our new vehicle. What a gent! Highly recommend working with him.

Impressed with this dealership. Great inventory of cars along with great customer service. Special thanks to my salesman Yamen. He was very nice to work with. Knowledgeable, attentive to my desires, no pressure. I found the dealer while searching on Edmunds, it appeared they had a large selection of pre-owned factory certified Grand Cherokees. I made the hour ride up from Rhode Island-glad I did.
