I brought my car in for a noise in the right front tire
I brought my car in for a noise in the right front tire when I go over bumps. Was told it is the actuator in the ABS system. It’s not acceptable. On a brand new car I should not have to listen to scraping and grinding every time I go over bumps and put the brakes on.

Bruce Brewer in the Service Department is the BEST
Bruce Brewer in the Service Department is the BEST Service Rep I have ever dealt with at *any* dealership, not just IRA Toyota. Customer Service = 10 out of 10! Had an issue, part was put on back order for several months, Bruce arranged the complimentary rental. Then after repairs had subsequent problem with the engine, parts needed replacement. Bruce arranged the repairs, and IRA absorbed the total price/cost, plus put under warranty! Bruce Brewer at IRA Toyota is the BEST!
