I came in for service, not expecting to buy a new car. Dan made it simple. He knew the net price I was willing to spend for the new car and he made it happen.

Outstanding experience at Lexus of Naperville!!

My wife and I just purchased a 2015 GS350 Crafted Edition. Our experience with the dealership and with our sales representative (Laura Krist) was truly outstanding. From the moment that we walked in the door, we received outstanding customer service. Laura did an excellent job of understanding our needs and presenting us with options. She also did a very nice job with price negotiations. It was fast, efficient, and low-stress. We have had our vehicle for two months now and couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the service that we receive from Lexus of Naperville. I highly recommend, Laura and this dealership. They have earned our current and future business.

RX350 PreOwned Purchase Experience

We purchased a Certified PreOwned Lexus RX350 with an average of less than 4000 miles per year. It was a rare find and included 3year/100,000 mi warrant. I have leased two previous Lexus cars from this dealership in the past.. Our sales person, Laura Krist was very knowledgeable about the model, it's features and was a pleasure to work with. Ours was a very pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend her or the dealership in the future!

Lease GS 350 F Sport

Dan Foster was calm and simplified the lease process and understanding of the new Tax law. We had a late night delivery of the car which went smooth and quickly. The Dealer stayed open until we were satisfied and in possession of our new 2015 GS 350 Sport. Dan and the dealer needed to locate the car I wanted and searched until they found the first color combination. Thanks to all involved including Mark Malak who started the process.

Purchased a vehicle

Laura Krist sold me a Lexus. She listened to what I wanted and matched me with a great vehicle. I was going to buy a BMW and Laura did not talk bad about BMWs she showed me the great benefits of purchasing a Lexus from Naperville Lexus.

Best Vehicle I have ever owned

We have had are RX350 for about 6 months now and we absolutely love it. Dan Foster made the experience a good one from the beginning to the final transaction. He answered all our questions was not push and treated us like family. He and the entire dealership couldn't have been any better. The stars to rate do not seem to be working but I would do 5 stars in every aspect.

Dan is great

I worked with Dan when buying my first certified used 2005 ES and went to him for the 2006 LS. Both deals were great and we moved on to sell the the ES when we were doing a remodel of the house and two cars were to be a burden during construction. After the construction, we leased a 2014 ES from him and have also moved to the 2014 LS 460 lease. One we will buy outright after the lease is over and we look to him for advice on the best deal in 14 months when we must decide what to do when the lease is up.
