Pre-owned Lexus purchase

My old Lexus was in a accident so I was in search of another Lexus with great service history. I called Dan and inquired about the car. He confirmed it was just back from service and was ready to go. I told Dan when I would arrive so he had the car warmed up and waiting for me when I pulled in. I drove the car and confirmed it drove as nice and he said it did. I worked out a nice price and drove it away. Probably my easiest automobile purchase ever, I love my free car washes and free service loaners. His manager Bill Borta was helpful in getting this deal done I would go anywhere else for a Lexus.

Great experience

Purchasing my pre owned, certifired Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Naperville, was a great experience. This is my 3rd Lexus purchase or lease. The salesman, Dan Foster, was outstanding. I highly recommend the team at Lexus of Naperville !

Dan Foster is our go to car dealer!

I recently leased my 2015 IS 250 with Dan and previously leased my 2013 RX350 with him as well. My parents have also bought two cars from him. Working with Dan is such a breeze. My dad tends to walk out of car dealerships because he doesn't like dealing with the salesman but he speaks so highly of Dan and enjoys working with him. He's laid back and no pressure what so ever, that's why we keep returning to him! On my last lease I actually thought about getting a less expensive car and my experience at Nissan was terrible! I drove right from Nissan to Lexus and was signing papers to my new IS 250 within 15min. The price was the same and I was getting SO much more from Lexus! Dan knows how to treat his customers right. We will be back!

Purchased a new Lexus GX460

Sales people are extremely friendly in Lexus of Naperville. Sale person May Suntikul and Rick VanPelt were very helpful. They spent time explaining each feature and answered any questions that we have. The building is new and very clean. There are refreshments and snacks available in the waiting area for everybody to enjoy. May

New Car Purchase

The service following purchase of my last car brought me back to Lexus of Naperville. I elected to use a new sales person (Frank Paull) Awesome to say the less. Upfront, i told him I was looking not to sure if I would make the jump to a purchase. No push from frank answered all of my questions and brought up some himself as well. Took me for a test drive, toled me to open it up have some fun. Returned to his desk and I said Frank I dont like playing games,give me your best price (deal) I am not here to play back and forth. Talked me through to the bottom line with the sales manger, I said gentlemen we have a deal. Franks follow-up neededinformation to ready my new car was gone over. Upon taking delivery of the car. Michael Comer and the Department of Delivery Specialist is a great addition to the Lexus Car experoience. Michael took me by the had (as if I were the only person there) walked me through specialities of my New 350 GS, enen an "Old man" such as myself was able to follow him

Easiest and Quickest Car buying experience

My experience at Lexus of Naperville was beyond amazing. As a younger man (21 years old), my sales consultant (Steve Mills) treated me with the up most respect right from the beginning. Other dealerships in the area were a different story. This was my third time purchasing a car, and this was by FAR the easiest, quickest, and smoothest car buying experience. If possible, I would give this dealership a 6 out of 5. The finance manager Bill Cranley made the numbers part of buying a car ridiculously easy and was up front and honest with everything. One of the Lexus Delivery Specialists, May Suntikul, blew me away with how easy she made everything look in my new vehicle. Thanks to everyone who works at this dealership, keep up the amazing work!

Pre-Owned Lincoln MKZ Hybrid

Last night I drove 2.5 hours to buy a 2015 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid from Lexus of Naperville. What a great experience! Seriously. No pressure, no haggle, great customer service. I worked through Chris Colsant to close the deal and Paul Szmergalski took terrific care of me after that. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the car even if it wasn't a Lexus. He did a great job to prep it for me and also initiated a clean up of my old car that I was keeping. He treated me professionally and always made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Hats off to the staff for a great 5-star service. Oh, and I love my new Lincoln!

Respectful and professional

Sal helped me with my purchase of a Certified Pre-owned 2013 Lexus RX 350. I visited multiple times, each time having time constraints. When we approached the time constraints Sal was very respectful of my time. In my experience other salesmen have stretched the truth about how long something will take to try to keep you in the dealership. Sal did not do that - he understood what needed to be done would take too long and never tried to low-ball the time something would take. I really appreciated this and the professional way he carried himself throughout the transaction. The sales manager was also courteous and professional. Overall a good experience. Thanks Sal. Tony
