Great Service!!!
Sal and Dan both extremely friendly and patient. Sal made sure I was happy with the Ls430 not just the price but took the time to show me about some of fun features I didn't know exist. After a long search for the right car of my growing family, I'm grad that search ended at Lexus of Naperville with Sal and the team.

Lexus CPO Purchase
Nick Gerlak was the Sales Person. He made sure that I was not being served by any other sales person. He showed lot of enthusiasm, professional skills and courtesy in explaining things. The vehicle I purchased has been good so far. Nick followed up with a telephone enquiry after the sales to ascertain if everything is fine. As far as the financial deal is concerned I do not think the price was cheap. That is understandable since every business has to meet their profit/yield. Yet I am happy with the conclusion. I would say the Sales Person conducted the whole process of selling alone up to the bill payment. I trusted him to give me a reasonable deal.

Friendly Sales and Excellent Service
Day before yesterday I went to Naperville Lexus to just look around a bit, and I walked out with a new car! If you are like me, you don't really relish the idea of dealing with automobile salesmen (high pressure, fast talking--you know) but my salesman, Hani Dolat was the exact opposite, affable, low key, and seemed really interested in my making the right choice at the right price. After I decided on the car another gentleman, Michael Come, spent a great deal of time with me, making sure that I understood all the new technology and bells and whistles on the new care and how to work them. All in all, I'm highly pleased with this dealership and recommend it wholeheartedly. And make sure you ask for Hani!

Great, easy breezy experience!
Everyone at Lexus of Naperville was both friendly and well informed! My sales consultant Philip Asiedu was amazing, nice, very patience with me and knowledgeable! I have been a loyal Toyota driver for 9 years now with no issues! We were looking to purchase another vehicle and we decided we wanted to get a luxury car and thought why not go with a Lexus since our Toyota has been so reliable. I had not purchased a new car in 9 years and this was a smooth experience! Test drove a Lexus and fell in love! I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Naperville!

Thoroughness and Excellence
We have bought four cars over a period of many years and have always found this dealership and its salesmen to be excellent in every detail. The service department is so willing to go the extra mile which is greatly appreciated. We love a Lexus and can't seem to choose any other car. The only surprise is how long it takes to buy a car these days!

Excellent dealership experience... Start to Finish
This was our first experience with the Lexus brand. Our salesperson Laura Krist was excellent. Even though we had pretty much decided on the vehicle we wanted, she took the time on a busy Saturday to go through things with us. After a successful test ride, we got right to talking about our purchase. Laura is a great example on how to do business with car buyers. Her approach was low pressure, and was open to our thoughts on how the deal could get done. Gone were the multiple trips to the sales managers and sales games etc.. just honest and direct conversation. We are loving our new Lexus RC350 and would return to this dealership without hesitation in the future.

The perfect at the right time.
We considered multiple cars, took a few test drives at the Naperville test track, and weighed our options. Our salesperson, May Suntikul, was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all of questions. She even had some smart questions for us that made us consider which car would work best for our family. Car shopping with a 4 year old could have been a disaster, but May was great with our son. We ended up with great deal on new GS350 F-sport. Once we settled on the right car, the paper work was quick and straightforward. Low pressure, honest buying experience.

Top Notch Experience
I stopped by on whim after visiting other dealers in the area. Ultimately, I was looking for a used 4Runner and the lot had just received one on trade. Better lucky than good I suppose. I met with Nick Gerlak inside the dealership. We chatted for a bit and then headed out on a test drive. Nick was respectful, accommodating, and extremely helpful throughout the buying process. Nick made me a very generous trade-in offer on my previous vehicle. This is my second car that I have purchased from Lexus of Naperville. My 2005 Lexus was great and now my 2012 is even better. The best part of the Lexus experience was working with my car salesperson, Sal Lala. He was very patient and helped me find the exact car that I needed. After purchasing the first car with him, I knew that he was the only salesperson that I wanted to deal with in the future. Even after the purchase when I came in for car washes, he would come to greet me and ask me about my car. He is very kind, friendly, and truly cares that a customer finds the right car to meet his/her needs.

Learning about our new car
We pulled in to the service area of our local Lexus dealer because we were not sure our air conditioning unit was working. We had just purchased this 2013 Lexus 350 the week before from another dealer. We barely knew any thing about the car, (let alone how to get to the air conditioning feature). The service tech told us that our air as not working because we had not activated it! We told him that we had received no instructions on the car, other than turning it on and locking it! We were told that if we went around to the front of the dealership we could meet with someone who could explain a few things to us. This is when we met Michael Comer, a Lexus Delivery Specialist. He was simply amazing! He took the time to explain so many of the cars features and hidden things that we were not aware of. For example, how the key comes apart from the fob, how to lock the glove box, how to open the rear door and lay the seats flat and so many other things! He spent over an hour with us and truly educated us (with as much as we could absorb)! He was kind, patient and had a sense of humor! He said that he had shown us about two-thirds of what we needed to know and invited us to come back for the last thirHd of the instructions as soon as we recovered from our "brain overload". He is a true asset to this dealership and to the Lexus community. You are very lucky to have him and we are very lucky to have met him.
