My experience was superb. They treated me and my grandson with great respect and care. I enjoyed working with them very much and would buy another car from them. I am sorry that they do not have a dealership in Peoria!

My husband and I were very pleased with the service that we received at Lexus of Naperville. From the moment that we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly smiles. Laura Krist is a great saleswoman who made our car buying experience stress-free and pleasant. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the many options that were available to us. At no time did we ever feel pressured by Laura. When asked questions, Laura almost always knew the answer and if she didn't she would ask someone who did know. I truly appreciate a salesperson who actually knows about the product that they are selling. I would highly recommend this dealership not only for their quality vehicles but for their friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff.

I worked with Dan Foster and Bruce Johnson on the purchase of a used vehicle. Low pressure, honest, and offered low pricing without that "dealership" feeling of getting "screwed" on our price. Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He even arranged a ride back to to the rental car place for mebecase my husband couldn't make it t at the last minute. Everyone at the dealership was nice, and of course everything was clean inside. We have usually bought all of our used cars from private sellers to avoid dealerships, but we would definitely do business with Lexus of Naperville again. I mainly worked with Dan, but if he is representative of all of the other salespeople, trust me, you are in good hands.

We found the 2 cars we were interested in online late...

We found the 2 cars we were interested in online late Friday night. We submitted an online request and we were contacted via email and phone early Saturday morning. We came in to test drive the cars and were extremely pleased with the condition. Dan spent time working with us to determine a mutually acceptable price, despite the fact that he had at least 2 other customers in the dealership at the same time. He was personable, down-to-earth, and helpful. Needless to say, we left that evening with 2 "new" cars. Dan was great to work with and he really focuses on the customer's needs and wants. There was never any "pushing" to make a decision, right from the moment we entered. We will recommend Dan and Lexus of Naperville to our network!

Dan Foster went above and beyond the call of duty. We needed A car quickly and within a certain budget. Dan worked with us to accomplish that. He had a friendly demeanor and answered our many questions to put our minds at ease.

I live nearly 800 miles from this dealership and this is...

I live nearly 800 miles from this dealership and this is the second vehicle I've purchased from Sal Lala. I literally purchased this vehicle over the phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was prepared to pay; I called Sal and he got things rolling. Within a few weeks my vehicle arrived and I made the trip to pick it up. Having resolved all issues previously on the phone, I walked into the dealership at 1 p.m. and was on my way out by 3:15 p.m. Never have I been so pleased and satisfied with an automobile purchase. Sal is such a pleasure to work with - he's courteous, professional, competent and trustworthy. I certainly will not hesitate to call him again for future purchases. Mike Comer was also a pleasure to work with; he explained everything about my new vehicle in a way I easily understood. He helped me program my phone and radio and assured me (as Sal did) that I could always call him if I ever needed assistance. So far I haven't done that, but I know that if I do, both he and Sal will be there for me.
