Hani was incredibly responsive. We were buying a used car site unseen out of state. He scrutinized the car on our behalf. He was always available by phone and was quick to respond to questions.

Paul and Laura were very friendly and helpful, as well as patient during my lender's long process. They kept in touch and sent me any paperwork I needed, as well as made themselves available for test drives and questions.

Bill was the nicest finance manager I've ever met! It was late in the evening, and still he was helpful, smiling, and friendly! He gave us no BS and even cut us a deal on the warranty. He also calmed me down about my concerns about driving on low profile tires :-) Thanks Bill!! George was the greatest salesman I've ever worked with. He saved a deal from going south with another salesman, and I was lucky that he picked up the phone when I called. He was so sweet, caring, and personable. He made the deal happen and around the terms and payment I wanted. I couldn't believe how easy it was to work with him! He really tried to help me in anyway possible, and he made the deal happen. I HIGHLY recommend going to George for your next car purchase or lease. He had the car cleaned, buffed where needed, and was just so kind. I'll never forget it! I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Naperville. Though I needed a new car, I typically dread the entire process due to the usually aggressive sales people and high pressure to make a decision when I'm not ready. I haven't had a new car in 15 years (!), so I took my time finding exactly what I wanted. I worked with 5 other dealerships and Lexus of Naperville came out on top. At Lexus of Naperville I worked with Laura Krist who was the perfect blend of professionalism and fun. She kept in touch, but wasn't pushey. She truly wanted to help me select the car that best suited ME. Though the Lexus sold itself on quality, options, and resale value; Laura made the experience pleasurable. She was very informative and helpful. Bruce Johnson the finance manager was very professional and made that whole process less painful. The people at the dealership as a whole are friendly and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this dealership.

We visited BMW, Audi, Acura and Cadillac before we purchased our Lexus. Laura's hard work, product knowledge and overall pleasant demeanor helped make it easy for us to select Lexus. The value of the ES 350 compared to other models is unsurpassed. We will recommend this dealership and Laura if any of our friends are interested in a premium car at a good price.

Sales representative Laura was a pleasure to work with. She allowed me to test drive many models to get a feel for what I wanted. She also allowed me to drive a used LS 430 home for the night. Although I did not end up buying a car from this dealer, I was very happy with the ambiance and of course Laura who was very accommodating and patient.
