Bought the car from out of state and Brent made the whole process easy and trustworthy. He did a virtual walkthrough and test drive beforehand and had the car spotless and ready to pick up when I flew in. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I bought my first used Lexus at this dealership in 2010, and I just recently bought a new 2021 Lexus GX with the help of A.P. Yagnik. A.P. was very professional and helpful with the entire transaction. My husband and I did not feel pressured at all, even when we met with Joe Castillo in the finance department. Joe put us at ease with no pressure to do anything. Thank you Lexus of Naperville for a very pleasant experience.

I have been buying cars from them for over 25 years. Just got a new RX, Sal Lala was again my salesman he is the best, knows his stuff, no pressure and very patient. Lexus makes great cars but it is the dealership and the staff that keeps us coming back
