Just got our first Lexus, the whole process was very

Just got our first Lexus, the whole process was very smooth with no price haggle. Robert Pesce was immensely helpful, he understood what we were looking far and we were able to get the right vehicle in a short time despite it being in high demand. We forgot a few things in our old car that we traded, Robert mailed those to our home. Very happy and satisfied. So immensely grateful to Robert Pesce for his kindness.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Lexus of Naperville. From the moment I walked into the dealership until I took delivery of the vehicle the entire staff worked together to make the car buying process pleasant and stress free. My sales rep was Monse Rocha. She was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. She patiently answered my questions about the vehicle and worked on my behalf to communicate effectively with the sales manager. I highly recommend working with Monse. She has thorough knowledge of the Lexus vehicles, meets the needs of her clients, and has a pleasant demeanor that takes the stress out of the car buying experience. Five stars!

Sal was very professional and knowledgeable. He made the process smooth and low stress and explained the car and purchasing process clearly. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle thoroughly and made several accommodations to fit my needs. Michael was also very personable and professional. The dealership matches what you would expect of a high end auto dealership. Highly recommend! I would do business with them again.
