New Lexus

LOYAL TOYOTA! MY WIFE AND I MET A.P. WAS AWSOME NOT PUSHY. WE GOT NEW LEXUS WALKED US THROUGH EVEN THOUGH THE DEALER WAS CLOSED!

First Lexus purchase

Best experience of all Lexus dealership visits! Made to feel like we were important although we were buying a used car. We realize there are much bigger purchases made there, but we were treated equally as if we were spending $100K. This did not happen at other dealerships. Mike spent 6 hours with us and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He did a thorough job of taking us through the ENTIRE inside of the car regarding all the bells and whistles! I had mentioned early on in the discussion that I always dreamed of waking up to a new Lexus with a big red bow in the driveway. When doing our final walk through of the car, Mike dug out the big red Christmas bow and had it sitting on my ES350! It was a perfect surprise!!! It really was a great moment for me and I appreciated it!

Recommending Lexus of Naperville

We just purchased our first Lexus from Lexus of Naperville and we could not be happier with this purchase. This was very pleasent experience. Michael Comer, Lexus specialist, provided excellent customer service, very knowledgable, did an excellent job explaining all about the car we liked and answering all our questions. During test drive, Michael took time to explain every feature, every application, completed set-ups in a highly professional manner but with genuine appreciation for the job. He made the whole experience much more pleasent. We met with other Lexus team members and all share Michael's enthusiasm for the job, respect for customer and professionlism. Fair price, great car, great deal, great team. They go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and welcome. We visited other Lexus dealerships closer to our home, but none can compare to Lexus of Naperville. We higly recommend this delarership .

I would wholeheartedly recommend them. The car buying was pleasant and easy all around, no pressure. They offered a fair price for car that I liked, and is extremely customer orientated, they put my plates on before I picked the car up and I was I was a bit surprised. If your looking for a good dealership, this is definently one of them.

We have purchased many vehicles from Lexus of Naperville...

We have purchased many vehicles from Lexus of Naperville and continue to be extremely happy with the purchases of these vehicles. Most recently we purchased an RC F and needed another AWD vehicle for the winter so we also purchased a 2020 IS 350 F Sport. Dan Foster made both purchases a very smooth transaction and went above and beyond for us. We’ve developed such a great relationship with Dan and the other folks at Lexus. They make us feel like family when we are there. We will not do business with any other auto makers and will always refer Lexus of Naperville to family and friends who are in the market for vehicles. Michael Comer is also a great delivery specialist and very knowledgeable with the new technology Lexus keeps improving yearly. If you want to deal with an honest dealership look no further than Lexus of Naperville!

Dan Foster, Mike Comer; Lexus of Naperville

We have purchased five other Lexus cars over the years from one other dealer in the Chicago Western Suburbs. However, we ultimately chose to buy our car at Lexus of Naperville because of the professionalism of our Sales Representative, Dan Foster, and the knowledge and patience of the dealership's technology/delivery specialist, Mike Comer. Dan epitomizes what it means to be a "Professional". He spent whatever time was necessary to inform us of the features & options of the 2020 RX 350, including the alternative considerations of comparing a new model to a Pre-Owned Lexus Certified (2018-2019) vehicle. We also truly appreciated Mike's knowledge and patience to walk us through the technological features of our new car - there is no one better than Mike teaching new customers how to use the technology in these newer models. The Dealership is first class, only surpassed by their people, especially Dan and Mike.

Best car buying experience I've ever had

Robin helped me purchase my Lexus last weekend, and it couldn't have been easier. He was patient as we went through a couple of weeks trying to pick out the right model and was always there to answer our questions. The pricing was fair and he worked to make it as easy on us as possible through the entire process. If we are in the market for another car, we will be coming back to this location.
