I visited Lexus of Naperville on 3/4/2020 and all I can say is WOW . I had such a good experience with Dan Foster. Dan answered all my questions and helped with the whole process which made the whole experience awesome. I’m so happy.Thank you!

Best prices within 5 states of Illinois. The preowned...

Best prices within 5 states of Illinois. The preowned trucks I tested were all reconditioned properly (new tires, alignment, brakes etc) unlike some other dealers (Performance in Covington, KY & Brookfield WI Lexus). Great overall experience!

Amazing Service

I had a great experience at this location to purchase my vehicle. I worked with George DeVries. Let me just say, he is AWESOME. Not only is he friendly and personable, but he worked with me so well every step of the way, making sure I understood everything and was satisfied with the purchase of my dream car. Can’t say enough great things about him. Would definitely recommend others to this location.

Purchase of certified Lexus NX200T

This is our second purchase of a Lexus from Lexus of Naperville. I seldom purchase cars from dealers but Lexus of Naperville is an exception. I have gone there for service the last few years and have developed a trust in their service department that the work is done right and on time. I also have developed a trusting relationship with the sales representative Mr. Sal Lala. I am an engineer so I ask a lot of questions regarding the cars i am considering buying. Sal answers all of them . Together we agree with any needed repairs and a fair price for the vehicle. I believe that their mission statement of serving the customer is higher than most dealerships.

Attentive and helpf

I was pleased woth the overall sales process. Dan Foster was my salesman and was patient with my multiple test drives and many questions. There was no pressure to buy and the negotiation for price didnt start until I initiated it. I am happy with my new Lexus LX 570.

We came from Louisville to buy our car. Experience was great! We will make the trip to buy our next car. Mike was great!!! Everyone in the office were very friendly. We tried to buy the same car in our home town but couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. Mark called an spoke with Gary and worked our deal before we got there. They were all Very organized and had the deal ready for us when we got there. Even a big bow on our car ! Mike deserves a metal for training us on how to work all the gadgets on our new car. We we very impressed buy the small driving course they had. No one in Louisville offers that. They were very accommodating if our time since they knew we had a 6 hour drive back home. They even offered to pick us up at the airport . So if you are looking for a Lexus, this is the place to go. The are several Lexus dealers close to us but no one offered this type o service. We love our new car. We bought the IS300. Great car if you are looking for sporty and luxury! Darlene & Mark

Always have a good experience with Hani....

We keep coming back to Lexus of Naperville because of Hani Dolat. Hani has sold us 4 vehicles and each time it's been a very good experience. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but he is also very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend using Hani. You will be happy you did!
