Great place to buy a Car!
Our family has purchased over 15 cars from your dealership primarily because of the excellence of Mr. Rick VanPelt - his knowledge of the product line and his knowledge of our needs. He does an excellent job suggesting the right car and purchase amount for each of our family members. The dealership itself also has provided excellent service and goes out of its way to make sure every this is satisfactory both during and after the sale.

Outstanding customer service, highly recommend dealership
I purchased my second Lexus from Naperville Lexus, and I will never purchase a Lexus at any dealership other than Naperville. I've always appreciated their service department, and my service associate, Michael Pirelli. I trust Michael to be honest and not recommend services I don't need, and the service department has always done any work I needed in a timely and efficient manner. Sal Lala, my sales associate was fantastic! He was patient with me as we explored various options that I wanted for my car. He was a careful listener, and was able to suggest cars based on my preferences. He was generous with his time, and I never felt rushed. Sal was also extremely knowledgeable and not your "typical" pushy salesperson! When it came time to purchase the car, I felt that they were more than fair, and were very willing to negotiate a fair price. Sal represented my interests well to Tony Stewart, the new car sales manager. In my conversations with Tony, he was fair and willing to negotiate. I highly recommend Lexus of Naperville, and Sal Lala when looking for a car.

Excellent car buying experience !!
Day 1 – Went to the dealership to browse some used cars & figure out which one meets our needs and budget. Even though I mentioned to Sal that we are only browsing, he let us look at several cars and took us on a test drive. He went over the several features of the car but never tried to sell us that car at 8.00pm that night. After visits to other car dealerships in the area and few follow up conversations with Sal, we decided to go back to Lexus of Naperville on a weekend. Day 2 – Sal took us for a test drive and never asked if we are ready to buy. Being very picky about the car, we spend couple more hours test driving & comparing few of the used cars in the lot, while Sal was absolutely patient with us. Eventually we picked the car we wanted to buy and even the financial part of the experience was very smooth. Having talked to several car salesmen & sales managers in the past couple of months, I am very pleased with Sal’s attention to detail, thoughtfulness to give us space to make decision & overall great customer service.

Excellent attention
Lexus of Naperville is a great dealership. Not only is it a beautiful show room, my sales man, Nick Gerlak is genuine, professional, courteous, and respectful, I have bought six Lexus so far and all of them have been wonderful. Having just had an accident and my car being totaled with only bumps and bruises physically, I can attest to the fact that my car was built well!

Best experience!
This truly was the best experience we had in getting our Lexus NX! Frank Paull made the whole experience of buying a car very quick and painless! We love the giant ribbon when we were presented with our car, that was a nice touch! We left feeling very satisfied with getting our car here. Above and Beyond
I live in NH and flew to Chicago to buy a car from this dealer. I can't say enough about how good the experience was made by salesmen Nick Gerlack and Dan Foster (honorable mention to Moh their sales manager too)! I've bought many cars in my life and most car sales people I tolerated but never trusted! These guys both went above and beyond before, during and the real surprise was and still is how helpful they are after the sale!!! The rest of this industry should pay a visit to Lexus of Naperville to see what a best practice dealership is all about!
