The staff at Lexus of Naperville are professional and helpful. They were patient with me while I was looking at the cars and they were honest in giving their best answers. We have now bought 2 cars from this dealership, and if we buy another Lexus, we will be coming back.

Great purchase experience!

Helpful, informative, and nice.

When purchasing my Lexus, Dan was nice, helpful and very informative about the car I was looking and any questions that I had. He was always willing to go the extra mile to explain anything I did not initially know about my Lexus vehicle. On top of that, he was quick and straight to the point when it came to the vehicle I was purchasing. Our family continuously goes to this Lexus and buys vehicles from there based on the customer service alone. I have never been to a car dealership with more informative and helpful members of the staff. i hope to continue purchasing cars from this dealership in the future.

What a great experience

I recently purchased a car from Lexus of Naperville and am well pleased the vehicle as well as the total purchase experience. The staff is kind, professional and not overbearing. They treat their clients as old friend. Although I passed up many car dealerships in route to this one It was well worth the choice.
