I traveled over 400 miles to buy a used Acura MDX from Sal at Lexus of Naperville. Everyone on staff involved with my deal was great to work with. No pressure to buy and a very competitive price.

Before to visited Naperville dealer I visited other dealers and every were I go I field something like so much stress so much presion thinking that the dealer people want to get all the money they can from you. but wen I came to Naperville dealer very quick I field that angels are in that place you can field the peace, and yes there are angels in that place like Mr Jon Krier what a beautyfull person I"m a very beliver of our precious GOD and right wen he came to me to help me to find the car I FIELD THE HOLLY SPIRIT was in him helping me to fine the car of my dreams I know the holly spirit of GOD is in him GOD put him there for a reason, and every body there are so nice very profesional people very friendly emviromen every body asking you if you want a coffee or something or just to said hi,, very nice place to buy a car, I want to said thank you to mr Jon Krier for help me to fine my lexuz I'm very satisfy whit the service im very happy with my beautyfull car GOD BLESS YOU Mr Jon and all of you guys.. Purchased our fifth new Lexus from this dealership and the process just gets easier each time. Vehicle and all paperwork were ready at the time we agreed on. Got to go through the paperwork quickly and got a detailed review of some of the new features on this vehicle compared to my trade-in. Nothing felt rushed or pushy just because was a returning customer. Treated professionally from all staff members that I worked with. Highly recommended!!

The big sales pitch is the wonderful service department and their valet service to pick up your car including providing you with a loaner. We were told that after the recent strike in the service department, the ownership decided to do away with that service. I was told they have had several complaints but “they (owners) are standing firm with their decision”. We do not have a local Lexus dealership so we were told to go to a Toyota dealer. In my opinion this speaks volumes about their commitment to customer.

I am using the five star rating for Violet Visek Only She is a responsible knowledgeable patient representative for the Naperville Lexus Dealership. Most service representatives at this dealership need to improve their attitudes. I am rating Violet in service although now I believe she is under Sales?? I am confused by her recent department change and title????

I just bought my 4th car from Lexus of Naperville from George. The whole process was great. I shopped at several other dealers in the area before coming back to Lexus of Naperville. My sales experience at the other dealers was about a 2 out of 5 stars. They did not understand what I wanted nor did they seem to care. The whole process at Lexus of Naperville took less than 2 hours (time from test driving to purchase). There was no pressure whatsoever from both George or the Finance Manager.
