2015 RX 350

We worked with a very personable salesman, Dan. He helped us find a used vehicle that filled our needs and was within our budget. We took the SUV to an independent garage which detected the rotors needed work on them but was disappointed to learn that the salesman would not consider a reduction in the cost of the car to pay for the repair. However, the Finance Manager asked us about purchasing an extended warranty and this information about the rotors came up. The Finance Manager said when the mechanics' strike was over, he would repair or replace the rotors for us at no additional cost.

Easiest deal ever!

Drove home in my 2017 RX350 tonight. Frank Paul was my sales rep did an excellent job showing me my options and matched my needs perfectly. Love my new Lexus!

Excellent, superb experience

From the first time we met Jon Krier at Lexus of Naperville to picking up our RX350 yesterday, the entire process was excellent. We sensed right away that Jon was there to help us find the vehicle that was right for us. It was such a contrast to the high pressure sales persons we have encountered at most dealerships. Jon has a pleasant demeanor and he listened carefully to our questions (and we asked lots of questions!) He also answered each of our questions didn't try to dismiss our inquiries. Yes, Jon sold us a car, but he also built a relationship with us. Jon is a man of integrity and we fully trusted his knowledge and expertise. He was extremely helpful with every detail. We highly recommend Jon to anyone who is considering a Lexus. We will return to Jon when are ready to purchase another vehicle. We also had an equally positive experience with Bill Kuniej and Tony Stewart. It is very apparent this is a first class dealership led with integrity and a focus on serving customers.

I never look forward to a car buying trip to a dealer due to the anticipation of a high pressure sales force and other tactics presented to purchase something that may not be in my best interest. Jon Krier Sales

In purchasing our Lexus Jon Krier took a lot of extra time with us. He walked us through the Lexus line.. Worked with us every step of the way in choosing the right vehicle for us.After the sale he spent a great deal of time setting up the vehicle and showing us the technical workings of the car. Before we left with our car he told us to call him with any questions we had in the future.He was a pleasure to work with and made buying a car a great experience. Tony in finance was great in pointing out the fine print in our direct loan.He was very helpful in answering all of our questions.

Help with Navigational and other settings on my new RX350

I was having problems with my navagational settings not working as I had expected. After reading manual and trying various things I went to dealership. The tech rep at Lexus Violet knew immediately what the setting issue was and corrected it. Additionally, she spent rhe next half hour walking me through and explaining carious other settings. She was really knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure I was utilizing the advanced features to their fullest potential. Great customer service. Thanks Violet...

Sal Lala is great!

Sal Lala was very knowledgeable and friendly. I test drove 3 cars and couldn't decide. Sal took the time to explain the differences to me. My husband couldn't come with so Sal took pictures and answered his questions over the phone. I bought a new RX and my husband and I love it! Thank you Sal!
