Bob Kozar - Car Salesman was TOP NOTCH

We have looked at several dealerships and spoken with several different sales professionals in that matter of a month or so. We stumbled across a car we liked at this dealership and drove all the way from Palatine to Naperville. We met with a gentleman by the name of Bob Kozar. From the very beginning, Bob displayed exceptional customer service and outstanding efficiency. We had a time crunch for our appointment and he was as thorough as he could be but understood our time constraint. Not only did he provide supreme knowledge, but he was very kind and very helpful. He was able to get us the car that i wanted for a great deal and got us out of the dealership promptly! also, although this sounds small- he offered to give us a box to unload all of our belongings into rather than take up time to organize. That was a huge service component for us! He made sure to have us triple check the entire previous vehicle including finding an important city sticker we needed. WE would highly recommend Bob Kozar and lexus of naperville to any of our friends and family. He was exceptional!!!

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

These people are the truth, from the roota 2 the toota. I highly recommend this dealer, they are great! From the sales associate violet to Chris the manager. I love and recommend these people to the utmost level. I purchased a Mercedes from here and I love it love it love it! They are the truth!!!!

Exceptional customer service!

So pleased to have someone to turn to like Violet for technical questions. She is exceptional and top-notch with her knowledge, friendliness, and customer service. She is a true asset to Lexus and I'm sure brings customers back year after year. Thank you to Violet and everyone at Lexus!

Excellent

I bought a used Toyota Sienna. I first spoke with Robin who was polite and professional. He introduced me to the salesman, Hani. Hani made sure I knew the ins and outs of the car and made my experience exceptional. I would strongly recommend this dealership because of these two gentlemen.

Excellent experience

Purchased a new RX and Dan worked with us to find the exact car with the colors and package I wanted. Easy and honest transaction. We have purchased cars from Dan before and will return again and again. Bill Cranley was excellent to work with to close the sale. We have been customers of Lexus of Naperville for almost ten years and will continue to recommend them and return.

Great used car buying experience

I went to test drive a used car I was interested in and when I got there they couldn't find it! I drove an hour to get there and I thought I might be headed for a horrible experience. They eventually found it at a dealership nearby where they were having some recall work taken care of. In the end, I found the experience to be great. They let me take it to a Honda dealer to get a used car inspection that confirmed the car was in great shape. The price was fair. Even came with a full tank of gas. I would recommend them for sure to buy a used car.

Perfect car buying experience!

We've had our previous Lexus serviced by Lexus of Naperville for years and that is what had us consider the dealership for a new vehicle. Jon made this car buying experience of our new ES350 actually enjoyable. After buying over a dozen cars in my life, I honestly don't ever want to buy a car from anyone else. There was no pressure to make a decision, even after we left the dealership to think about our options before committing. He and our delivery specialist made this a positive, memorable experience. We'll definitely be back.

Our car salesman Jon Krier was excellent

Jon made a great impression on us from the start. He greeted us in the dealer lot as we were looking at a Lexus ES 350. He informed us about the Lexus cars as we have never owned one. He asked a lot of questions and was not in a rush. We took a test drive and he showed us the highway and track where we really enjoyed testing the car's features. After we got back, he took the time to give us a tour of the dealership and explained where things were located and how they are set up. A lot of information he provided about Lexus and the car were very helpful and put our mind at ease, and we bought a car from him on the same day. We are very excited and grateful for Jon's help. Awesome Car Buying Experience!
