Great service

Great service, Facilities and good price

I went for RX 350 to Herb Chambers Lexus and met with Mr Cliff Blacker. He is a very helpful person and buying process went smoothly. The facilities has also free foods, a good children room and staff are very helpful. I would strongly recommend for the dealer ship and Mr Cliff Blacker for buying a new Lexus.

Ming was wonderful to work with and took care to help with all of our concerns during our purchase process. He was insightful, thoughtful and detail oriented throughout the entire process. Our sales manager was quick, decisive and fair during our final discussions around price and other care abouts. Follow-up has been excellent! Best Service, Very wonderful

If you don't buy a car from Herb Chamber you haven't bought a car. The work are good they list and work with you on what you want not like others that want to make you buy what they think you want. This is what I call a dealer. Nice work any car I am getting has to be from HERB CHAMBER.

My overall experience with Herb Chambers Lexus was phenomenal. Staff was experienced,courteous and professional. Spero Coston was exceptional. His knowledge of the product was incredible. He was thorough but relaxed and spent the time I needed to learn about the automobile but was intuitive enough to know when I reached my saturation point. He has followed up giving reassurance that he will always be available.

I recently contacted Herb Chambers Lexus regarding a pre-owned Toyota from their website. I was teamed up with salesman Robert Williams and he was very courteous and professional during all negotiations through actual vehicle delivery. Although I was purchasing a used Toyota from this high-end dealership, I always felt that I was being treated the same as a customer interested in a new Lexus. I would readily do business again at Herb Chambers Lexus, and if I do, I will seek out Mr. Williams to handle the transaction.
