I thought that everyone was very courteous and friendly and there was a large selection of vehicles to choose from. The salesman (Sanjay Khairmode) and the technician (Nick Pacheco) were very helpful and returned my calls promptly whenever I had any questions. I am 77 years old and have been buying cars for more than 50 years so I am not surprised at anything that I encounter when buying a vehicle. I do like the fact that Mr. Herb Chambers allows his customers to provide feedback regarding the experience of buying one of his vehicles. I enjoyed working with the Salesman Mr. Khairmode and the technician Mr. Pacheco and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I thought the facility in Sharon was one of the best I have ever seen and it was spotless everywhere I went. It certainly has a great atmosphere with a numerous selection of vehicles. It's good to have a resource like Mr. Pacheco because driving the RX350 is like driving a smart phone.......there are quite a few functions one needs to learn.

My husband and I intially had a great expereince with lexus,then had a small problem after a mistake that was made on our trade-in and payments, but after meeting with the manager and the director of finance, everything was fixed quickly and to our benefit. The service was excellent!

I just purchased a new Lexus convertible and I am very happy with it. Just wanted to say a few words about the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership in Sharon. My sales consultant, Omar Adem, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my requests...I could hardly keep up with him; he really was very responsive with all aspects of the process. If he didn't have an answer off the top of his head, he got on the phone, or talked to a technician and got the answer. The facility itself is extremely well thought out and actually beautiful with floors so sparkling, spic and span, even in the service area! A pleasure to buy a car where customer service seems to be a top priority with everyone. Keep it up!

We were looking for a used car and met Bill Kessler who took us on a tour of the dealership showing us the service area and the beautiful cafe! We were very impressed with the dealership with the amount of cars that we were able to select from! We had been to 3 other dealerships and noticed that the used car looked much nicer here and about the same price so we picked out a nice 2010 RX350 and have been driving it for 3 weeks now! I recently purchased a 2010 Rx 350. I was more than pleased with the service I received. My Sales Associate Ming Sam Li was awesome. He made my car buying experience a memorable one. I feel as though Mr. Ming Li went that extra mile to ensure my comfort. He made me feel at home. He ensured I was placed In the proper vehicle according to my price range. I was able to see several vehicles before making a final decision. Mr. Li was professional, courteous and patient throughout the process. He answered all my questions with promptness without hesitation. He also made sure I received the best value for my trade in vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable of the Rx I purchased. He made sure I understood all the many features of the vehicle and even involved my son in the teaching process. Mr. Li returned all my phone calls with promptness and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He explained all aspects of the extended protection. He is truly an A+ to his profession.
