I brought my Fit in today to have a small part replaced that had to be ordered when I was there for 4 1/2 hours last week. Today I saw the incredibly awesome Sean Silva. He was an amazing advocate with my insurance company several years ago & he just gets better & better. He put my car ahead of another because my service would only be a few minutes. His commitment to customer service above & beyond. He is your biggest asset & I sincerely hope you give him all the credit & support he so richly deserves.

Sean DeSilva is the best service rep I've ever worked with in the 13 years I've had my Honda. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know to make an informed decision and was fully transparent that getting a part would take a couple days. Moving forward, Sean is the only service rep I will work with. He's that good.

Service department was very helpful. Big thanks to Sean for getting my recall part replacement done in record time despite a scheduling issue. Appreciated the transparency the commitment to getting the work done on time.

My review about the Service Department, specific for service adviser Mary Horton at Herb Chambers Honda Boston. Mary definitely had very poor customer service skills (empathy, communication, responses, and professionalism) that require for customer service. She is rude and unprofessional behavior to customers. I had an appointment for B1 maintenance service for my 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid on April 10, 2026. I waited three hours for an oil change and tire rotation without receiving any updates from Mary, until I looked out the window and saw my car parked outside, waiting to be picked up. I checked with her to see if the work on my car was finished. Mary claimed falsely that the car had been ready for quite some time and that she had already sent me a text message, but I never received it. After I paid and requested the invoice as well as the multipoint inspection report, she informed me that they do not print hard copies, but would instead send both the invoice and the inspection report to me electronically. She gave no detail about the multipoint inspection or any other aspect of the service. I contacted her multiple times regarding the invoice as well as the multipoint inspection report, but she did not respond. My credit card was charged an amount of $139.51, around $12.00 extra charge that I didn't know due to no receipt. $79.95 (oil change) + $39.95 (tire rotation) + 6.25% MA tax (~$7.50) + ??? = $139.51 Areas of improvement: - Mary needs customer service and integrity training. - Reduce waiting time for express services such as oil changes, tire rotation,...

This dealership serves as a dually efficient dealership, in service and in sales. Their mechanics are not only trained professionals, but they display an attention to detail and precision that is unmatched. Their representatives are all dressed well, take their work seriously, and treat their customers with respect. Personally, Sean De Silva was helping me out today and I couldn’t have asked for a more equipped team member. He was respectful, courteous, sought to be reasonable and well versed in his knowledge of vehicle functions. I asked him very specific questions and he was able to answer them all. I would recommend everyone get taken care of by Sean. Show respect to get respect, great job Herb Chambers. This is how you retain customers !
