We went in on Friday of 4th of July, test-drove one vehicle, haggled on the price, purchased it and picked it up on Monday because they were closed for the long holiday weekend. It couldn’t have been easier. Val was excellent to work with

I had the pleasure of working with Sean DeSilva today. He was super personable and he took the time to explain all I needed to know about my service. He was kind courteous and knowledgeable. I would look forward to working with him again. He made the whole service experience painless.

I am very pleased with the Honda service I received today. Sean DaSilva did an outstanding job managing many customers this morning despite being short-staffed. He answered all of my questions, was professional and courteous, and made sure I understood everything I asked about. I also noticed that he treated the other customers with the same level of respect and care. It's wonderful to feel so well taken care of.

I had an amazing car buying experience! Tao took the time to show me every trim level, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect car without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, making everything easy and stress free. To top it all off, he even put a big bow on my new car, which made the experience feel extra special. I highly recommend Tao to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring salesperson!

Sean DeSilva in the service department was awesome to work with! He made the whole process super easy and kept me updated while my car was being serviced. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back to Sean for any future service—I can’t recommend him enough!

Sean DeSilva is fabulous. I have worked with him during other service visits. He is courteous and makes working with him a pleasure. I am always informed, and the best part is there are never any big surprises. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda in Boston. Every person I have worked with has been great.

Met Susan very recently and she and Sean DeSilva worked together with a savvy tech staffer to resolve a computer based SRS recall on my 2026 CRV. It took a couple visits, but Sean looked out for me. Mary, who sold me the car is a good person. I have observed that she treats people cordially and respectfully. I hope that the new ownership will commit to constructing a new facility within reasonable proximity for the benefit of its customers, vendors, and employees. I feel certain that it would propel Herb Chambers Honda to consistent 100% five star dealership rating. Thank you.

I brought my Fit in today to have a small part replaced that had to be ordered when I was there for 4 1/2 hours last week. Today I saw the incredibly awesome Sean Silva. He was an amazing advocate with my insurance company several years ago & he just gets better & better. He put my car ahead of another because my service would only be a few minutes. His commitment to customer service above & beyond. He is your biggest asset & I sincerely hope you give him all the credit & support he so richly deserves.

Sean DeSilva is the best service rep I've ever worked with in the 13 years I've had my Honda. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know to make an informed decision and was fully transparent that getting a part would take a couple days. Moving forward, Sean is the only service rep I will work with. He's that good.
