Sean DeSilva is the reason I bring my car to Herb Chambers Honda for service. Three years ago I had an unpleasant experience at another Honda dealer so I tried Herb's for this particular situation (involving a check engine light, a possible recall issue, etc). Sean took care of it all while going out of his way to explain everything in great detail. He is ALWAYS busy but will always take the time necessary to keep me informed. And he does his best to get my car back to me asap. And my 10 year old Fit seems to still be running well. :) Frankly, it's a bit inconvenient for me to bring the car to this location but as long as Sean is there I plan to continue having it serviced here.

Sean DeSilva in the service department did me a good turn over the holidays. Came in with a check engine light, which he was able to get parts to address and get the vehicle back to me ahead of his own estimated schedule. Recommended.
