Outstanding service which once again I have experienced over the part 12 years with Acura of Boston. Kind, welcoming and prompt service. Highly recommend. We always have a choice between dealer and other service providers but Acura of Boston always delivers.

As always, the service at Acura of Boston was top notch today. From Jen, my appointment consultant, to Anthony, my service consultant everything went exactly as expected. For me, the most exciting thing was the offer to have an Uber take me home while service was being done and then pick me up when my car was ready. That is a great addition to their amenities.

Acura of Boston is very impressive. Honestly the entire team was wonderful. Derick with signing the papers, Riley with working the numbers and the service team who detailed the car and fitted it for mats. But our sales agent Chris S. is beyond amazing. He is genuine and completely professional. His service was top notch, white glove for sure. He and the team definitely make Acura of Boston look good. I hope they are treated just as wonderfully as they treat your customers.

Not only was the sales experience superb, I exclusively have my car serviced here because I feel the staff is exceptionally honest, reasonable, thorough, and supportive. Maintaining a car is expensive, no matter where it is done, and often repair recommendations are confusing or make me skeptical. Never the case here, they explain options, urgency, and possible ramifications for skipping the recommendations. I never feel pressured to do anything. I am so grateful to have such a great team!
