2019 Camry 10,000 mile maintenance
The service writer answered all my questions and followed up on the required services. The work was done in a very timely and quality manner. After the work was done the service writer took time to explain all that was done and the overall condition of the car in a manner that I could understand. The car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in.

A mailed coupon helped reduce the charges. The 90k miles check showed a repeat of excessive wear of a rear brake was cause by deterioration of a cover plate. Because this was not reported 8 months ago when the rear brake was repaired the dealer was kind enough to replace the pads again and advised me to schedule an appointment to replace a cover plate.

Classic add-on to final price!!!! No thanks
Just bought an Infiniti G37 there and the sales people try to add on extra appearance pkg to final price. Their website states you pay what it says on the sticker, even states this on the sticker!!!!!!! They then try to include $700 to final price. My recommendation would to be avoid this dealership. I have bought two new cars there over the years and always had great service. Those sales people are gone. Dealership sales team seems to be the use car salespeople of 40 years ago. Won?t go there again

No concept of time
I dropped my car off at 10am per my appointment. I said I have to have a diagnosis (not even a repair) by 1:30. I was told I would receive a phone call by 1:30. No phone call. I got dropped off at the dealer because that?s when my ride was available. I finally got my paperwork at 4pm. I was charged $75 for them to say here?s what?s wrong, and there?s no fix we can perform to correct it. Thanks autonation.
