Reception area where customers wait while waiting for service has been downgraded; no more bagels or chocolate option or organic products.. coffee area looks drab.. tea options poor..; cars serviced but I had to request and insist in washing my car because it was going to be delivered even dirtier than when I delivered; the delivered man at the end was very nice.. in serving the car..
