The dealership is great. I worked with O’brian, Andy, and Rich and they made purchasing my new vehicle easy and stress free. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted and O’brian was able to find it for me in one day. Took a very long time to get a part.

Please confirm that my suspicion that there is something wrong with my dashboard, lights do not blink upon startup. The repair was of an engine warning light that was constantly on. That light is no longer on and does blink upon startup. But no other light blinks.

The customer service rep was great.
The customer service rep was great. Very friendly and welcoming, good communication throughout the process. The waiting area is nice, clean and has great snacks. The scheduling process was ridiculous. The soonest appointment was over 2 months out. My service was only for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 2pm, my car wasn’t taken in until 2:25 and I didn’t get it back until 3:30. After waiting over 2 months for the appointment I would expect the service to begin on time. I also don’t expect a routine service like that to take over an hour.
