We had a great experience with Jack and the entire team at Premier. I knew the Jeep I wanted and Jack made the purchasing process extremely easy and hassle free. I’m very happy with my Jeep and plan to service it at Premier as well.

In any other place I've taken my car for an oil change, not one of them changed the tires or checked the brake pads, this was a new experience and I really enjoyed it. Congratulations on the great service provided.

Shawn was great but I waited since August to get my car

Shawn was great but I waited since August to get my car fixed under the scratch a dent warranty that I paid a couple thousand dollars for. The first time I picked it up it wasn’t fixed. I was given a jeep gladiator loaner with a death wobble. Very disappointed with the warranty work and the length of time it took to get it right. Waiting for Danielle to get back to me about canceling the warranty and about whether new ceramic coating was applied to my car after it was painted.

I took my car in for a recall.

I took my car in for a recall. Check engine light came on when I drove home. Dealership came and took car back to shop as expected. That was 3 weeks ago. Communication is very poor, I have to keep prodding for updates.
